Claims (9)
- 기록매체 상에서 공기동압에 의해 부상된 채로 주행되는 것으로, 입사광이 투과되는 광투과공을 갖는 하부 슬라이더와;상기 하부 슬라이더 상에 결합 설치되며, 상기 하부 슬라이더와 마주하는 면에 광학요소가 장착되는 장착홈이 인입 형성되고, 이 장착홈의 단부에 소정 기울기로 경사지게 형성되어 입사광을 반사시키는 반사면을 갖는 상부 슬라이더와;상기 장착홈에 설치되며, 상기 기록매체 쪽으로 향하도록 광을 조사하는 광원과;상기 광투과공 내에 장착되어, 상기 광투과공을 투과하는 광을 집속 투과시키는 수속렌즈와;상기 기록매체에 마주하는 상기 하부 슬라이더의 일 면에 설치되어 상기 기록매체에서 반사된 광을 수광하는 메인 광검출기;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장 기록재생용 광헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 및 하부 슬라이더는 단결정 실리콘 재질로 되고,상기 장착홈, 상기 반사면 및 상기 광투과공 각각은 이방성 식각에 의해 형 성된 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장 기록재생용 광헤드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광원과 상기 상부 슬라이드의 반사면 사이의 광로 상에는 광을 도파하는 광파이버가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장 기록재생용 광헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광원 주변에는 상기 기록매체에서 반사된 광중 상기 광투과공을 투과하고, 상기 수속렌즈 및 반사면을 경유하여 입사된 광을 수광함과 아울러 상기 광원에서 조사된 광의 일부를 수광할 수 있도록 된 서브 광검출기가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장 기록재생용 광헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사면에는 상기 상부 슬라이더보다 반사율이 상대적으로 높은 반사막이 증착 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장 기록재생용 광헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광투과공은,상기 상부 슬라이더 쪽에서 상기 기록매체 쪽으로 갈수록 단면 넓이가 작아지게 형성되며, 상기 기록매체와 마주하는 쪽의 단면의 일 방향 길이가 대략 100nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장 기록재생용 광헤드.
- 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 광투과공 내에 설치된 수속렌즈는, 구형렌 즈인 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장 기록재생용 광헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부 슬라이더의 상기 상부 슬라이더와 마주하는 쪽 면에는 광원쪽에서 입사된 광 및 외부 광이 상기 메인 광검출기 쪽으로 향하는 것을 방지하는 차단막이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장 기록재생용 광헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메인 광검출기는,상기 광투과홈 주변에 적어도 2개로 분할 배치되고, 분할된 각 광검출기에서 수광된 광 각각을 독립적으로 광전변환할 수 있도록 되어, 각 광검출기에서 검출된 신호를 차동하여 트랙오차신호를 검출할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장 기록재생용 광헤드.
