Claims (15)
- 증류수에 분말 형태의 한천을 혼합하여 가열하면서 교반하는 제 1단계;상기 증류수와 한천의 혼합액(한천액)이 비등점에 도달하면 가열을 중지하고 냉각하는 제 2단계;상기 한천액이 액체상태로 존재하는 온도하에서 알코올을 상기 한천액에 혼합하는 제 3단계; 및상기 알코올과 한천액이 혼합된 액체상태의 물질을 밀폐용기에 넣고 냉각시켜 겔상으로 만드는 제 4단계를 포함하는 겔상 보존제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1단계에서 상기 증류수에 혼합하는 한천분말의 농도는 0.2부피% ~ 12부피%인 것을 특징으로 하는 겔상 보존제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 3단계에서 상기 한천액의 온도가 65℃ 이하로 떨어지면 상기 알코올을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔상 보존제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 제 3단계에서 상기 알코올로는 50%이상의 순도를 가진 에탄올이나 메탄올이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔상 보존제의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 한천액에 대한 상기 알코올의 혼합비율(부피비)은 0.3 ~ 1.5 범위에서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔상 보존제의 제조방법.
- 한천; 및 상기 한천에 혼합되는 알코올을 포함하는 겔상 보존제.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 채취된 세포검체를 보존하는 세포보존용으로 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔상 보존제.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 겔상 한천은 증류수에 한천분말이 용해되어 그 농도가 0.2부피% ~ 12부피%인 것을 특징으로 하는 겔상 보존제.
