Claims (9)
- 광섬유 모재 증착용 버너에 있어서,원료물질을 연소시켜 분사하는 다수의 분사구가 그의 일단면에 형성된 제1 몸체;상기 제1 몸체의 외주면을 감싸는 형상으로 상기 제1 몸체 상에 결합되는 제2 몸체;상기 제2 몸체의 내주면과 상기 제1 몸체의 외주면 사이에 개재되어 길이방향으로 이동하는 이동체; 및상기 이동체가 상기 제1 몸체 상에서 길이방향으로 이동함에 따라, 상기 제1 몸체의 일단면 가장자리를 따라 개폐되는 개폐형 분사구를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 모재 증착용 버너.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 개폐형 분사구가 폐쇄된 상태에서, 상기 이동체의 일단면은 상기 제1 몸체의 일단면과 일치됨을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 모재 증착용 버너.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 몸체의 일단부 외주면은 일단면으로 진행함에 따 라 그 직경이 점차 감소하는 형상으로 경사면이 형성되고, 상기 이동체의 일단부 내주면은 상기 제1 몸체의 일단부 외주면에 상응하는 형상으로 형성됨으로써,상기 제1 몸체의 일단부 외주면과 상기 이동체의 일단부 내주면이 서로 맞물려 상기 개폐형 분사구가 폐쇄됨을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 모재 증착용 버너.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 일면이 상기 제1 몸체의 외주면 상에 지지되고 타면이 상기 이동체의 타단에 지지되어, 주위 온도가 상승함에 따라 변형되는 구동체를 더 구비하고,상기 구동체가 변형됨에 따라 상기 이동체가 이동하여 상기 개폐형 분사구를 개방시킴을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 모재 증착용 버너.
- 제4 항에 있어서, 상기 구동체는 바이메탈(Bimetal)임을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 모재 증착용 버너.
- 제4 항에 있어서, 상기 구동체는 알루미늄 합금, 구리 합금, 아연 합금 재질들 중 선택된 어느 하나의 금속체임을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 모재 증착용 버너.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 분사구들은,상기 제1 몸체의 일단면 중앙에 형성되는 제1 분사구;상기 제1 분사구의 가장자리에 형성되고 원주 방향으로 배열되는 다수의 제2 분사구들;상기 제2 분사구들의 외곽에 형성되고 원주 방향으로 적어도 1 열로 배열되는 다수의 제3 분사구들; 및상기 제3 분사구들의 외곽에 형성되고 원주 방향으로 배열되는 다수의 제4 분사구들로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 모재 증착용 버너.
- 제7 항에 있어서, 상기 개폐형 분사구는 상기 제4 분사구들의 외곽을 따라 원주 방향으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 모재 증착용 버너.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 개방된 상태의 상기 개폐형 분사구를 통해 산소, 질소, 아르곤 가스 중 어느 하나가 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 모재 증착용 버너.
