Claims (29)
- C1∼C6 알킬기, 폴리이민, 펩티드 및 폴리에테르기를 포함하는 가교 결합으로 결합된 10∼100nm의 실리카 알갱이로 이루어진 3차원적인 둥지 실리카.
- 제 1항에 있어서,전술한 가교 결합의 길이가 0.5∼100nm 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원적인 둥지 실리카.
- 제 1항에 있어서,전술한 가교 결합의 실리카 g당 양은 0.1∼1.5mmol/g 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원적인 둥지 실리카.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,아민 치환기를 가진 트리알콕시 실란과 결합한 실리카 알갱이와 글리시딜 치 환기를 가진 트리알콕시 실란과 결합한 실리카 알갱이를 서로 반응시킴으로써 실리카 알갱이가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원적인 둥지 실리카.
- 제 5항에 있어서,전술한 반응쌍은 아민과 염소, 글리시딜기와 메르캅토기, 글리시딜기와 히드록시기 및 아민과 메르캅토기인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원적인 둥지 실리카.

- 제 5항에 있어서,전술한 아민 치환기를 가진 실란은 3-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란이고, 전술한 글리시딜 치환기를 가진 실란은 3-글리시독시프로필트리에톡시실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원적인 둥지 실리카.
- 제 5항에 있어서,전술한 아민 치환기를 가진 실란은 3-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란이고, 전술한 염소 치환기를 가진 실란은 3-클로로프로필트리에톡시실란인 것을 특징으로 하 는 3차원적인 둥지 실리카.
- 제 5항에 있어서,전술한 메르캅토 치환기를 가진 실란은 3-메르캅토프로필트리에톡시실란이고, 전술한 염소 치환기를 가진 실란은 3-클로로프로필트리에톡시실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원적인 둥지 실리카.
- 제 5항에 있어서,전술한 메르캅토 치환기를 가진 실란은 3-메르캅토프로필트리에톡시실란이고, 전술한 글리시딜 치환기를 가진 실란은 3-글리시독시프로필트리에톡시실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원적인 둥지 실리카.
- 제 1항에 있어서,실란 결합 실리카 알갱이와 양 끝에 다관능기를 가진 연결 물질을 톨루엔에서 환류 가열하여 반응시킴으로써 실리카 알갱이가 서로 결합되어 얻어지는 3차원적인 둥지 실리카.
- 제 12항에 있어서,전술한 연결 물질은 C6∼C100의 메틸렌 사슬을 가지고 있는 디아민, 디클로라 이드, 디이소시아네이트 및 디카르복실산인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원적인 둥지 실리카.

- 제 12항에 있어서,전술한 글리시딜 치환기를 가진 실란은 3-글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란이고, 전술한 연결 물질은 분자량 600∼30,000인 폴리에틸렌이민인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원적인 둥지 실리카.
- 제 19항에 있어서,전술한 연결 물질의 골격은 C6∼C50인 폴리에테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원적인 둥지 실리카.
- 제 1항에 있어서,실리카 알갱이와 다관능기를 가진 연결 물질을 톨루엔에서 환류 가열하여 직접 반응시킴으로써 실리카 알갱이가 서로 결합되어 얻어지는 3차원적인 둥지 실리카.
- 제 21항에 있어서,전술한 다관능기를 가진 연결 물질은 C6∼C40인 메틸렌 골격을 가진 디클로라이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원적인 둥지 실리카.
