Claims (3)
- 유입된 오수의 양이 급격히 증감하는 것을 제어하면서, 그 저부에 구비되어 있는 산기장치로 일정량의 에어를 공급하여 슬러지의 침강과 부패방지를 유도하는 유량조정조(10)와,상기 유량조정조(10)로부터 유입된 오수의 질소, 인 처리를 위한 무산소조(20)와,상기 무산소조(20)를 거친 오수를 PE담체를 이용하여 유기물을 분해하는 생물막조(30)와,상기 생물막조(30)을 거친 오수를 분리막을 통과시켜 수처리 하는 MBR조(40)와,미생물에 의해 유기물이 처리된 오수를 오존을 접촉시켜 처리하는 오존처리조(50)와,상기 오존처리조조(50)에서 처리된 처리수를 일정시간 동안 체류시켰다가 외부로 방출시키는 방류조(60)로 이루어진 것에 있어서,상기 MBR조(40)는 생물막조(30)에서 처리된 오수를 유입관(301)을 통해 유입하고, 유입된 오수를 MBR조(40) 내부에 설치되어 있는 분리막 모듈(402)로부터 이격되어 있는 0.3 ~ 0.4mm의 메쉬 구조의 스크린(401)을 통과시켜 협잡물을 처리하고, 협잡물이 처리된 오수를 분리막모듈(402)을 통과시켜 미세 물질을 처리하는 곳으로, 상기 분리막 모듈(402)의 저부에는 산기관(200)을 구비하여 에어공급관(202)을 통해 산기통관(201)에 유입된 에어(air)를 분사관(203)을 통해 분사하는 것으로, 그 분사관(203)은 30 ~ 85˚의 예각으로 0.1 ~ 3mm 직경으로 형성되어 난류를 형성하여 분리막 모듈 표면의 케이크를 효율적으로 제거할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 중수 재이용을 위한 하이브리드 컴파운드 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, PE담체는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지를 120 ~ 150℃에서 전기히터에 의하여 가열 용융시켜 형성되는 폴리머를 토출시켜 제조한 것으로, 원통형으로 형성된 폴리에틸렌 담체의 내,외주면에 주름턱부를 형성하여 미생물의 고착 및 번식이 용이하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 중수 재이용을 위한 하이브리드 컴파운드 장치.
