- 삭제
- 불연성 판넬의 제조방법에 있어서,제1공정(모양지 제조공정)멜라민수지40중량%, 요소수지 40중량%, 메틸에틸알콜 2중량%, 이형제 0.5중량%, 계면활성제 0.5중량%, 물 10중량%, 메탄올 7중량%,을 혼합하여 통상의 방법으로 멜라민수지 함침액을 제조한 뒤, 모양지(80g/㎡)를 상기 멜라민수지 함침액에 함침시켜 수지함침량이 55±5%가 되도록 함침시킨 다음 110℃에서 건조시켜 멜라민수지 모양지를 제조 한 다음,제2공정(보드제조공정)탄산칼슘10g, 산화규소 30g, 경석30g, 산화마그네슘2g, 염화마그네슘5g,을 교반기에 투입하여 교반한 다음, 물30g을 넣어 충분히 혼합한 후에, 성형틀에 투입하여 보드를 성형한 다음, 20시간 양생시킨 후에, 불연성 보드를 제조한 다음,제3공정(판넬제조공정)상기 제2공정에서 제조한 보드의 상부에 접착제를 도포한 다음, 그 상부에 상기 1공정에서 제조한 멜라민수지 모양지 1장을 적층한 다음, 120℃ 내지 150℃에서 2000kg/㎠의 압력으로 2시간 열가압한 다음, 24시간에 걸쳐 상온으로 냉각 한 다음 탈형하여 불연판넬을 제조 한 후에,제4공정(가공공정)상기와 같이 제조된 불연판넬을 런닝쇼(톱을 이용한 재단기의 일종임)로 규격별로 절단한 뒤에, 테로나(홈이나 측면의 일부를 절단하는 기계임)로 상부와 측면에 홈을 형성하고, 다른 측면과 하부에는 돌기를 형성한 다음, 불연성페인트를 분무기로 가공된 부분을 도장하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 불연성 판넬의 제조방법.
