Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 반응 공기와 혼합된 폐가스를 가열하여 고상의 반응물과 기상의 정제가스로 분리시키는 가열장치와, 가열장치에 연통되는 저수탱크를 갖는 제1처리부와;제1처리부에서 유입된 정제가스를 집진하는 집진기와, 집진기의 하부에 연통되는 저수탱크를 갖는 제2처리부와;제2처리부에서 유입된 정제가스를 흡입하는 스크러버와, 스크러버의 하부에 연통되는 저수탱크를 갖는 제3처리부와;제3처리부에서 유입된 정제가스를 여과하는 흡착기와 제거기를 구비하고, 제거기의 상부와 흡착기의 하부에는 각기 물분사관이 설치되며, 상부에는 외부배출장치를 구비하여 된 포집장치;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가열장치는, 버너와, 버너의 일측에 설치된 플라즈마발생기와, 버너의 하부에 연통되는 연소챔버를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 처리장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 버너는, 상단에 질소가스가 주입되는 질소주입구가 형성되고, 상기 질 소주입구의 일측에 전극이 설치되며, 외주면의 일측에 연결된 플라즈마발생기보다 상부에는 공기가 유입되는 공기주입구가 형성되어 구성된 것이며, 상기 공기주입구는 버너의 외주면에 높이차이를 두면서 시계방향 또는 반시계방향으로 복수개가 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 처리장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 공기주입구의 유입통로는 버너의 중심으로 갈수록 하향경사지게 형성시킴으로써 주입되는 공기가 버너의 내부에서 소용돌이치도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 처리장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 버너의 외주면에는 상기 플라즈마발생기가 연결된 부위의 하부측에 폐가스주입구가 복수개로 형성되며, 상기 폐가스주입구의 유입통로는 버너의 중심부로 갈수록 상향경사지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 처리장치.
- 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 버너의 폐가스주입구 하부측 외주면에는 연료주입구와 연소가스주입구가 형성되며, 상기 연료주입구와 연소가스주입구의 유입통로가 버너의 중심으로 갈수록 하향경사지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 처리장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 연소챔버는, 최외층은 냉각수가 저장된 냉각수조가 형성되고, 중심부를 향해 복수층의 단열재가 설치된 것이며, 외주면에는 상기 냉각수조와 통하도록 연료공급관이 연결되고, 상기 연료공급관은 냉각수조 내부에 입설된 안내관과 연결되며, 상기 냉각수조의 상단에 형성된 배출구에 연결된 연료공급관을 통해 상기 버너의 연료주입구에 연결되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 처리장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 냉각수조의 내측에는 냉각수가 70 ∼ 80 % 충진되고, 내측 상부에 수밀공간부가 형성되며, 상기 수밀공간부에 상기 연료공급관이 연결되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1처리부의 저수탱크는 급수관과 배수관이 하부에 설치되고, 상부에는 정제가스가 이동되는 이송슈트가 설치되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제2처리부의 집진기는 사이클론 집진기인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제3처리부의 스크러버는 정제가스를 벤츄리효과에 의해 흡입할 수 있도록 벤츄리관이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 포집장치의 흡착기는 물리적 흡착제가 도포된 필터막인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 포집장치의 제거기는 벌집형상으로 된 격막인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 포집장치의 물분사관은 다수개의 노즐이 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 처리장치.
