Claims (9)
- 용기 내로의 액체의 주액장치에 있어서, 주액구만을 남겨 두고 밀폐한 액체를 주액해야 할 용기의 주액구를 저부에 위치시켜 수용하는 동시에, 주액해야 할 액체를 주입하는 단위 주액조를 적어도 1개 갖는 주액조를 내부에 설치한 주액실을 갖고, 주액실에는 주액실 내의 압력을 감압하는 동시에 주액실 내의 압력을 대기압 또는 대기압 이상의 압력으로 조정가능한 압력조정수단을 갖고, 압력조정수단에 의해서 적어도 1회, 주액실 내의 압력을 대기압 이하로 감압한 후에, 대기압 또는 대기압 이상의 압력으로 유지함으로써, 주액구로부터 액체를 주액하며, 단위 주액조에는 용기의 주액구를 저부에 위치시켜서 수용했을 때에 용기의 볼록부가 수용되는 오목부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 액체의 주액장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단위 주액조의 저면을 형성하는 부재와 측벽면을 형성하는 부재는 곡면형상의 회합부에 의해서 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 액체의 주액장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 압력조정수단에 기체공급수단이 결합되고, 주액실 내에 대 기압 이상의 압력으로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주액장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 기체공급수단이 질소, 이산화탄소, 희소가스 중 적어도 어느 하나의 공급수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 주액장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 주액장치가 전지용 전해액의 주액장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 주액장치.
- 용기 내로의 액체의 주액방법에 있어서, 주액구만을 남겨 두고 밀폐한 주액해야 할 용기를, 주액해야 할 액체를 주입한 단위 주액조를 적어도 1개 갖는 주액조의 단위 주액조 내에 주액구를 저부로 하여 수용한 후에, 주액조를 설치한 주액실 내의 압력을 미리 정한 압력까지 감압한 후에, 대기압 또는 대기압 이상의 압력으로 미리 정한 시간동안 유지하는 조작을 적어도 1회 행하여 주액을 행한 후에, 단위 주액조로부터 주액해야 할 용기를 꺼내는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 내로의 액체의 주액방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 감압후의 주액실 내에 질소, 이산화탄소, 희소가스 중 적어도 어느 하나의 기체를 공급하여 대기압 또는 대기압 이상의 압력으로 유지하고, 용기 내를 이들 기체로 채우는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 내로의 액체의 주액방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 액체가 전지용 전해액이고 전지캔에의 전해액의 주액방법인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 내로의 액체의 주액방법.
