Claims (22)
- 알루미나 캐리어와, 상기 알루미나 캐리어상에 지지되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 VIII족 금속, VIII족 금속의 산화물, 또는 VIII족 금속과 VIII족 금속의 산화물, 및 하나 또는 그 이상의 VIB족 금속, VIB족 금속의 산화물, 또는 VIB족 금속과 VIB족 금속의 산화물을 포함하며, 상기 알루미나 캐리어의 기공부피는 0.35ml/g 이상이고, 40 내지 100 옹스트롱의 직경을 갖는 기공의 기공부피가 전체 기공부피의 80%이상을 차지하며, 상기 알루미나 캐리어는 하기의 방법 1 및 방법 2 중 하나 또는 두 방법에 의해 제조됨을 특징으로 하는, 수소첨가류 정유용 촉매:(1) pH 6 내지 9.5의 범위 및 10℃ 내지 100℃의 온도범위에서 1차 침전반응을 수행하기 위해 소디움 메타-알루미네이트 또는 소디움 알루미네이트 용액을, 알루미늄 설페이트, 알루미늄 니트레이트, 알루미늄 클로라이드, 질산 및 황산 용액들중 하나 또는 그 이상과 접촉시키고;(2) pH 9.0 내지 10.5의 범위에서 2차 침전반응을 수행하기 위해 단계(1)의 생성물을 알칼리 카보네이트, 알칼리 비카보네이트(bicarbonate)와 수용성 암모니아의 혼합액, 암모니움 카보네이트 및 암모니움 비카보네이트 중 하나 또는 그 이상과 반응시키고; 및(3) 단계(2)에서 수득된 알루미늄 하이드레이트를 에이징(aging) 하고, 용액으로부터 고체를 분리하여, 수득된 고체 생성물을 세척, 건조 및 하소하는 단계를 포함하는 방법 1, 및(1) 침전을 수행하기 위해 소디움 메타-알루미네이트 또는 소디움 알루미네이트 용액과 카본 디옥사이드를 함유하는 가스를 접촉시키는데, 여기서 상기 침전과정의 pH는 6 내지 9.5의 범위로 조절되고, 상기 침전반응의 시간은 40분미만이고, 상기 침전반응의 온도는 10℃ 내지 100℃이며;(2) 상기 침전반응이 종결되자 마자, 염기성 물질을 첨가하여, 상기 슬러리의 pH를 9.5이상으로 상승시키거나 용액으로부터 상기 고체를 신속히 분리하여 세척하고; 및(3) 단계(2)에서 수득된 알루미늄 하이드레이트를 에이징하고, 용액으로부터 고체를 분리하여, 수득된 고체 생성물을 세척, 건조 및 하소하는 단계를 포함하는 방법 2.

- 제1항에 있어서, 방법 1에서, 상기 1차 침전반응은 6 내지 9의 pH 및 30 내지 90℃의 온도에서 수행되고; 상기 2차 침전의 pH는 9.5 내지 10.5 인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방법 1 또는 방법 2에 의해 상기 알루미나 캐리어가 제조될 때, 건조 이전에 성형 단계가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방법 2 에서 사용되는 상기 소디움 메타-알루미네이트 또는 소디움 알루미네이트 용액의 농도는 5-200g 알루미나/l 인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 소디움 메타-알루미네이트 또는 소디움 알루미네이트 용액의 농도는 5 내지 120g 알루미나/l 인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방법 2에서 사용되는 상기 카본 디옥사이드를 포함하는 가스는 순수한 카본 디옥사이드 가스 또는 반응에 영향을 주지 않는 불활성 가스 및 카본 디옥사이드의 혼합 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방법 2에서 사용되는 상기 카본 디옥사이드를 함유하는 가스내의 카본 디옥사이드의 함량은 5v%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 카본 디옥사이드를 함유하는 가스내의 카본 디옥사이드의 함량은 20v%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방법 2에서, 염기성 물질이 첨가된 후, 슬러리의 pH가 9.5 내지 11.5로 급속히 상승하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방법 2에서 사용되는 상기 염기성 물질은 무기염기, 유기염기 및 이의 수용액으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 무기염기는 알칼리 금속의 하이드록사이드, 메타-알루미네이트, 카보네이트와 비카보네이트, 암모니움 카보네이트, 수용성 암모니아 및 이의 수용액으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 물질이고; 상기 유기염기는 수용성 아민류, 카바마이드류, 피리딘 및 이의 수용액으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 유기염기는 수용성 지방족 아민류, 하이드로카르빌 암모니움 하이드록사이드, 우레아, 피리딘 및 이의 수용액으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 유기염기는 메틸아민, 에틸아민, 프로필아민, 프로판 디아민, 부틸아민의 이성체류, 펜틸아민의 이성체류, 테트라에틸암모니움 하이드록사이드, 우레아, 피리딘 및 이의 수용액으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 VIB족의 금속, VIB족 금속의 산화물, 또는 VIB족 금속과 VIB족 금속의 산화물은 크롬, 몰리브덴, 텅스텐 및 이의 산화물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 물질이고; 상기 VIII족의 금속, VIII족 금속의 산화물, 또는 VIII족 금속과 VIII족 금속의 산화물은 코발트, 니켈 및 이의 산화물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 VIB족의 금속, VIB족 금속의 산화물, 또는 VIB족 금속과 VIB족 금속의 산화물은 텅스텐 금속, 텅스텐 금속의 산화물, 또는 텅스텐 금속과 텅스텐 금속의 산화물이고, 상기 VIII족의 금속, VIII족 금속의 산화물, 또는 VIII족 금속과 VIII족 금속의 산화물은 니켈 금속, 니켈 금속의 산화물, 또는 니켈 금속과 니켈 금속의 산화물이고; 촉매의 총량을 기준으로 산화물로 계산하여, VIB족 금속의 양은 12 내지 35wt%이고 VIII족 금속의 양은 1 내지 5wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 또한 촉매의 총량을 기준으로 1 내지 9wt%의 플루오르를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 촉매 캐리어를 VIB족 및 VIII족의 금속을 포함하는 수용액으로 포화시키고, 포화시킨 후 건조 및 하소하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 촉매 캐리어는 제1항에서 언급한 방법 1 및/또는 방법 2에 의해 제조된 알루미나 캐리어인 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 캐리어를 VIB족 및 VIII족의 금속을 함유하는 수용액으로 포화시키기 전에, 촉매 캐리어를 플루오르를 함유하는 수용액으로 포화시키고, 건조 및 하소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제18항 또는 제19항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 캐리어를 VIB족 및 VIII족의 금속을 함유하는 수용액으로 포화시킨 후 또는 상기 촉매 캐리어를 플루오르를 함유하는 수용액으로 포화시킨 후, 하소온도는 각각 400℃ 내지 600℃이고; 하소시간은 1 내지 8 시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조방법.
- 알루미나 캐리어의 기공부피는 0.35ml/g 이상이고, 40 내지 100옹스트롱의 직경을 가지는 기공의 기공부피는 전체 기공부피의 80% 이상을 차지하며, 하기의 방법 1 및 방법 2 중 하나 또는 두 방법에 의해 제조됨을 특징으로 하는, 수소첨가류 정유용 촉매용의 알루미나 캐리어:(1) pH 6 내지 9.5의 범위 및 10℃ 내지 100℃의 온도범위에서 1차 침전반응을 수행하기 위해 소디움 메타-알루미네이트 또는 소디움 알루미네이트 용액을, 알루미늄 설페이트, 알루미늄 니트레이트, 알루미늄 클로라이드, 질산 및 황산 용액들중 하나 또는 그 이상과 접촉시키고;(2) pH 9.0 내지 10.5의 범위에서 2차 침전반응을 수행하기 위해 단계(1)의 생성물을 알칼리 카보네이트, 알칼리 비카보네이트(bicarbonate)와 수용성 암모니아의 혼합액, 암모니움 카보네이트 및 암모니움 비카보네이트 중 하나 또는 그 이상과 반응시키고; 및(3) 단계(2)에서 수득된 알루미늄 하이드레이트를 에이징하고, 용액으로부터 고체를 분리하여, 수득된 고체 생성물을 세척, 건조 및 하소하는 단계를 포함하는 방법 1, 및(1) 침전을 수행하기 위해 소디움 메타-알루미네이트 또는 소디움 알루미네이트 용액과 카본 디옥사이드를 함유하는 가스를 접촉시키는데, 여기서 상기 침전과정의 pH는 6 내지 9.5의 범위로 조절되고, 상기 침전반응의 시간은 40분미만이고, 상기 침전반응의 온도는 10℃ 내지 100℃이며;(2) 상기 침전반응이 종결되자 마자, 염기성 물질을 첨가하여, 상기 슬러리의 pH를 9.5이상으로 상승시키거나 용액으로부터 상기 고체를 신속히 분리하여 세척하고; 및(3) 단계(2)에서 수득된 알루미늄 하이드레이트를 에이징하고, 용액으로부터 고체를 분리하여, 수득된 고체 생성물을 세척, 건조 및 하소하는 단계를 포함하는 방법 2.
- 제21항에 따른 알루미나 캐리어의 제조방법.
