도 5는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 이중롤러 방식의 트라이포드 등속조인트의 요부를 발췌하여 보여주는 종단면도이다.
Claims (4)
- 차동장치의 회전토크를 전달해 주는 하우징으로 그 내측에는 원주방향의 등간격으로 3개의 트랙이 축방향으로 길게 형성된 외륜과,상기 외륜의 상기 트랙 내측에서 구름 직선운동을 하며 상기 외륜으로부터의 하중을 내측으로 전달하고 평면인 내경부를 갖는 원통형 외측롤러와,상기 외측롤러의 내측에서 구름 직선 및 미끄럼 회전운동을 하며 상기 외측롤러로부터의 하중을 내측으로 전달하고 구형 외경부를 갖으며 평면인 내경부를 갖는 원통형 내측롤러와,상기 내측롤러의 내측에 각각 삽입되며 구형 외경부를 갖는 3개의 트러니언을 연장되도록 일체로 구비하고 상기 내측롤러의 내측면내에서 모든 3축 방향으로 회전운동 가능하면서 동시에 미끄러짐에 의한 병진운동이 가능한 스파이더를 포함하는 이중롤러 방식의 트라이포드 등속조인트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 내측롤러의 경사 요동을 방지하기 위해 상기 내측롤러의 상면에 대응되는 상기 외륜의 상기 트랙 측면상에는 내측롤러지지돌기가 미세 돌출되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중롤러 방식의 트라이포드 등속조인트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 외륜과 상기 외측롤러간의 마찰저항을 줄이기 위해 상호 점접촉되고, 이에 따라 형성되는 틈새를 통해 그리스가 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중롤러 방식의 트라이포드 등속조인트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 외측롤러와 접촉되는 상기 외륜의 상기 트랙 측면에는 그리스 유입을 위한 그리스홈이 함몰되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중롤러 방식의 트라이포드 등속조인트.
