- 폴리아닐린의 제조방법에 있어서,아닐린 단량체, 도판트, 그리고 물과 유기용매를 유화분산시켜 중합시키는 단계(유화액 제조)와;상기 유화액에 산화제가 용해된 물을 첨가하여 반응시키는 단계(반응액 제조)와;상기 반응액 중에서 폴리아닐린이 용해된 유기층을 분리한 다음 세척용매를 이용하여 미반응 물질과 불순물을 제거하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어져 폴리아닐린이 유기용매에 용해된 상태로 제조하되,상기 도판트는 도데실벤젠술폰산, 도데실벤젠산, 2-나프탈렌설폰산 및 캠퍼술폰산으로 이루어진 도판트 그룹(A그룹)으로부터 선택된 하나와, 극성 작용기(alkoxy, carboxyl, sulfonyl, hydroxyl, sulfosuccinate)를 가지는 것으로서 설포살리실릭산(sulfosalicylic acid), 디에틸설페이트(diethylsulfate), p-톨루엔술폰산(p-toluenesulfonic acid), 소디움염 4-하이드록시헥산설포네이트(sodiumsalt 4-hydroxyhexanesulfonat), 디-2-에틸헥실설포숙신산(di-2-ethylhexylsulfosuccinic acid) 및 디-2-에틸헥실설포숙신산 나트륨염으로 이루어진 도판트 그룹(B그룹)으로부터 선택된 하나로 구성된 혼합도판트를 사용하고,상기 혼합도판트는 중량기준으로 1 : 0.1 내지 1 : 20의 혼합 비율(A그룹 : B그룹 = 1 : 0.1 ~ 20)로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아닐린의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 혼합도판트의 조합은 도데실벤젠술폰산/디에틸설페이트, 도데실벤젠술폰산/p-톨루엔술폰산, 도데실벤젠산/디-2-에틸헥실설포숙신산(또는 그 나트륨염), 캠퍼술폰산/디-2-에틸헥실설포숙신산(또는 그 나트륨염), 또는 2-나프탈렌설폰산/디-2-에틸헥실설포숙신산(또는 그 나트륨염)인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아닐린의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 3항에 있어서, 아닐린 단량체와 혼합도판트는 중량 기준으로 1 : 0.1 내지 1 : 10으로 혼합비로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아닐린의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 유기용매는 에틸렌글리콜, 올레일알콜, 2-부톡시에탄올, 아세톤, 메틸에틸케톤, 사이크로헥사논, 메틸이소부틸케톤, 부틸세로솔브, 에틸세로솔브, 아세트산에틸, 아세트산부틸, 톨루엔, 크실렌, 클로로포름 및 m-크레졸로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아닐린의 제조방법.
