Claims (4)
- (1) 수거된 폐주물사와 폐콘크리트를 종류별로 선별하며 그 선별된 폐주물사와 폐콘크리트를 각각 일정한 크기로 분쇄하여 이물질을 제거하는 공정;(2) 상기 이물질이 제거된 폐주물사와 폐콘크리트를 각각 정해진 규격의 메쉬(mesh)를 갖는 스크린을 통해 선별하며 상기 선별된 입도분포가 10-15mm인 폐주물사 70중량%에 원사 30중량%를 배합하여 된 폐주물골재를 상기 선별된 폐콘크리트의 폐자갈 및 폐석분과 함께 각각 호퍼에 분류 투입하여 저장하는 공정;(3) 상기 저장된 폐주물골재와 입도분포가 13-45mm인 폐자갈 및 폐석분을 배합비에 따라 정해진 량만큼 컨베어벨트를 거쳐 혼합기에 투입하는 공정;(4) 상기 투입된 폐주물골재 30중량%와 폐자갈 60중량% 및 폐석분 10중량%에 응결작용을 하는 콜타르를 정해진 량만큼 공급하여 교반·혼합하는 공정; 및(5) 상기 혼합물을 일정한 온도로 가열하여 저장탱크로 배출하는 공정을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 폐주물사와 폐골재를 이용한 아스콘 제조방법.
