Claims (7)
- 메탈베어링용 알루미늄-주석계 복합재료의 제조방법에 있어서,ⅰ) 알루미늄 소재를 우선 와이어 형태로 직조한 알루미늄, 발포형태의 알루미늄 또는 분말야금법으로 소결시킨 다공질 알루미늄 소결체의 형상으로 형상화 시키는 단계(알루미늄 형상화 단계);ⅱ) 상기 ⅰ)단계에서 형상화시킨 알루미늄 소재는 통상의 주조기 내에서 상기 알루미늄 형상의 외부에 표출된 기공통로를 통하여 300~800℃의 온도에서 1분~3시간 동안 주석용탕을 주입시키는 단계(주석용탕 주입단계);ⅲ) 주석용탕이 상기 ⅰ)단계에서 형상화시킨 알루미늄 소재의 기공 내부까지 도달하게 되고 알루미늄 소재는 300~800℃의 온도에서 1분~3시간 동안 기공주위에 있는 주석용탕에 의해 용해가 진행되기 시작하는 단계(알루미늄 용해단계);를 거쳐 제조되어지고,상기 메탈베어링용 알루미늄-주석계 복합재료는 주석의 함량이 3~70중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈베어링용 알루미늄-주석계 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 메탈베어링용 알루미늄-주석계 복합재료는 진공주조법, 가압주조법 및 반용융 주조법 중에서 선택된 어느 한 가지 방법을 사용하여 접합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈베어링용 알루미늄-주석계 복합재료의 제조방법.
