Description
Claims (19)
- 구동유체의 유입통로와 유출통로가 마련된 펌프챔버;상기 유입통로를 개폐시키는 제1밸브챔버 및 상기 제1밸브챔버를 수축 또는 팽창시키는 제1밸브챔버용 열전소자를 구비하는 제1밸브;상기 유출통로를 개폐시키는 제2밸브챔버 및 상기 제2밸브챔버를 수축 또는 팽창시키는 제2밸브챔버용 열전소자를 구비하는 제2밸브; 및상기 펌프챔버를 가열 또는 냉각시키기 위한 펌프챔버 냉온유닛;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펌프챔버 냉온유닛은,상기 펌프챔버에 고정되며 전류의 공급방향에 따라 선택적으로 일면은 가열되고 타면은 냉각되는 펌프챔버용 열전소자; 및상기 펌프챔버용 열전소자에 전원을 인가하기 위한 펌프챔버용 전원공급부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2밸브는 일방향 유체의 흐름만을 허용하는 패시브 밸브인 것을 특징으로 마이크로 펌프.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1밸브챔버의 상기 유입통로와 마주하는 면은 신축가능한 박막으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 펌프.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제2밸브챔버의 상기 유출통로와 마주하는 면은 신축가능한 박막으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 펌프.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2밸브챔버 각각의 물리적인 정보를 감지하는 제1 및 제2밸브센서;상기 제1 및 제2밸브챔버용 열전소자 각각에 전원을 공급하기 위한 제1 및 제2밸브용 전원공급부; 및상기 제1 및 제2밸브용 전원공급부에 신호가능하게 연결되며, 상기 제1 및 제2밸브센서에 의해 감지된 물리적인 정보에 따라 상기 제1 및 제2밸브용 전원공급부를 제어하는 제어부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 펌프.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 펌프챔버의 물리적인 정보를 감지하기 위한 펌프챔버용 센서;를 더 포함하며, 상기 제어부는 상기 펌프챔버용 센서에 의해 감지된 물리적인 정보에 따라 상기 전원공급부를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 펌프.
- 펌프챔버용 수직형 열전소자가 부착되며, 구동유체의 유입통로 및 유출통로가 마련된 펌프챔버;제1밸브용 수직형 열전소자가 부착되며, 상기 열전소자에 의해 수축 및 팽창하면서 상기 유입통로를 선택적으로 개폐시키는 제1밸브챔버; 및제2밸브용 수직형 열전소자가 부착되며, 상기 열전소자에 의해 수축 및 팽창하면서 상기 유출통로를 선택적으로 개폐시키는 제2밸브챔버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 펌프.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 각 열전소자에 전류를 공급하는 복수개의 전원공급부;상기 각 챔버에 물리적인 정보를 감지하는 복수개의 센서; 및상기 센서로부터 감지된 물리적인 정보에 따라 상기 전원공급부를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 펌프.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 물리적인 정보는, 각 챔버의 온도, 압력, 전원공급시간 중 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 펌프.
- 구동유체의 유입통로 및 유출통로가 마련된 펌프챔버;수직형 열전소자가 부착되며, 상기 수직형 열전소자에 의해 선택적으로 신축 및 팽창하면서 상기 유입통로를 개폐시키는 제1밸브챔버;수축 및 팽창하면서 상기 유출통로를 개폐시키는 제2밸브챔버; 및상기 펌프챔버와 상기 제2밸브챔버를 선택적으로 가열 또는 냉각시키기 위한 수평형 열전소자;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 펌프.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 수평형 열전소자는,상기 펌프챔버에 부착되는 제1플레이트;상기 제2밸브챔버에 부착되는 제2플레이트; 및상기 제1플레이트와 상기 제2플레이트 사이에 개재되며 서로 전기적으로 연결된 복수개의 반도체;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 펌프.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서,상기 제1밸브챔버의 상기 유입통로와 마주하는 면은 신축가능한 박막으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 펌프.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서,상기 제2밸브챔버의 상기 유출통로와 마주하는 면은 신축가능한 박막으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 펌프.
- 유입통로 및 유출통로가 마련된 펌프챔버;상기 유입통로를 선택적으로 개폐시키는 제1밸브챔버;상기 유출통로를 선택적으로 개폐시키는 제2밸브챔버;상기 펌프챔버와 상기 제1 및 제2밸브챔버를 가열 또는 냉각시키기 위한 수평형 열전소자;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 펌프.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 수평형 열전소자는,상기 펌프챔버와 상기 제1밸브에 부착되는 제1플레이트;상기 제2밸브챔버에 부착되는 제2플레이트; 및상기 제1플레이트와 상기 제2플레이트 사이에 개재되며 서로 전기적으로 연결된 복수개의 반도체;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 펌프.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 제1밸브챔버의 상기 유입통로와 마주하는 면과 상기 제2밸브챔버의 상기 유출통로와 마주하는 면은 각각 신축가능한 박막으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 펌프.
