Claims (14)
- 봉지기판상에 봉지층 형성용 조성물을 코팅 및 열처리하여 봉지층을 형성하는 단계;상기 봉지층이 형성된 봉지기판을 플라즈마로 처리하는 단계;상기 플라즈마 처리된 봉지기판 및 제1전극, 발광층 및 제2전극이 순차적으로 형성된 유기 전계 발광부가 적층된 기판중 적어도 하나에 실런트를 제공하는 단계; 및상기 봉지기판과 유기 전계 발광부가 적층된 기판을 합착하는 단계를 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라즈마 처리는 불활성 가스 분위기하에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 봉지층은 투명 나노다공성 산화물막인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 봉지층 형성용 조성물이 나노 사이즈의 다공성 산화물 입자를 용매 및 산과 혼합하여 얻은 졸(sol) 상태의 투명 나노다공성 산화물막 형성용 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 에탄올, 메탄올, 프로판올, 부탄올, 이소프로판올. 메틸에틸케톤, 순수, 프로필렌글리콜 (모노)메틸에테르(PGM), 이소프로필셀룰로오즈(IPC), 메틸렌 클로라이드(MC), 에틸렌 카보네이트(EC)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 산이 질산, 염산, 황산, 아세트산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 졸 상태의 투명 나노다공성 산화물막 형성용 조성물에서, 용매의 함량은 나노 사이즈의 다공성 산화물 입자 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 60 내지 99 중량부이고, 산의 함량은 나노사이즈의 다공성 산화물 입자 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 0.1 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 산화물 입자가 평균입경이 20 내지 100nm인 알칼리 금속 산화물, 알칼리토류 금속 산화물, 금속 할로겐화물, 금속 황산염 및 금속 과염소산염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 산화물이 산화리튬(Li2O), 산화나트륨(Na2O) 또는 산화칼륨(K2O)이고,상기 알칼리토류 금속 산화물이 산화바륨(BaO), 산화칼슘(CaO), 또는 산화마그네슘(MgO)이고,상기 금속 황산염이 황산리튬(Li2SO4), 황산나트륨(Na2SO4), 황산칼슘(CaSO4), 황산마그네슘(MgSO4), 황산코발트(CoSO4), 황산갈륨(Ga2(SO4 )3), 황산티탄(Ti(SO4)2),또는 황산니켈(NiSO4)이고,상기 금속 할로겐화물이 염화칼슘(CaCl2), 염화마그네슘(MgCl2), 염화스토론튬(SrCl2), 염화이트륨(YCl2), 염화구리(CuCl2), 불화세슘(CsF), 불화탄탈륨(TaF 5), 불화니오븀(NbF5), 브롬화리튬(LiBr), 브롬화칼슘(CaBr3), 브롬화세륨(CeBr4 ), 브롬화셀레늄(SeBr2), 브롬화바나듐(VBr2), 브롬화마그네슘(MgBr2), 요오드화 바륨(BaI2) 또는 요오드화 마그네슘(MgI2)이고,상기 금속 과염소산염이 과염소산바륨(Ba(ClO4)2) 또는 과염소산 마그네슘(Mg(ClO4)2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 봉지층이 투명 나노다공성 칼슘옥사이드(CaO)막인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리온도가 100 내지 300℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실런트가 열경화성 수지 또는 UV 경화성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합착 단계에 있어서, 감압, UV 조사 및 열경화 공정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 제조된 유기 전계 발광 소자.
