Claims (10)
- 미세 운모 테이프를 전기 기계의 권선의 도체에 감은 후에, 용제없는 함침 수지를 함침시키고, 이어서, 열의 작용 하에 경화시키고, 미세 운모 필름에 분말 도료 수지계를 산포(散布)하고, 그 미세 운모 필름 중 분말 도료 수지계가 산포된 측면을 압력과 열의 영향 하에 지지체에 접착하는 것을 포함하는, 촉진제를 혼합한 함침 가능한 미세 운모 테이프의 제조방법에 있어서, 사용되는 상기 분말 도료 수지계는 경화제를 함유하고, 상기 미세 운모 필름을 상기 지지체에 접착할 때, 경화제를 함유하는 상기 분말 도료 수지계의 연화점에 대응하는 온도에서 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉진제를 혼합한 함침 가능한 미세 운모 테이프의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 경화제를 함유하는 상기 분말 도료 수지계가 비스페놀-A 에폭시 수지와 페놀 노볼락 에폭시 수지의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉진제를 혼합한 함침 가능한 미세 운모 테이프의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분말 도료 수지계에 사용되는 상기 경화제가 아민 경화제인 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉진제를 혼합한 함침 가능한 미세 운모 테이프의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지체가 유리 직물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉진제를 혼합한 함침 가능한 미세 운모 테이프의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 미세 운모 필름에 촉진제가 예비함침되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉진제를 혼합한 함침 가능한 미세 운모 테이프의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 아민 경화제가 1급 지방족 아민인 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉진제를 혼합한 함침 가능한 미세 운모 테이프의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 아민 경화제가 2급 지방족 아민인 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉진제를 혼합한 함침 가능한 미세 운모 테이프의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지체가 플리스인 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉진제를 혼합한 함침 가능한 미세 운모 테이프의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지체가 플라스틱 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉진제를 혼합한 함침 가능한 미세 운모 테이프의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 촉진제로서 나프텐산 아연이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉진제를 혼합한 함침 가능한 미세 운모 테이프의 제조방법.
