- 삭제
- 발광 다이오드, 발광 다이오드 일측에 설치된 도광판, 도광판 하부에 설치된 반사판 및 도광판 상부에 설치된 확산판을 구비하는 백라이트 유닛에 있어서,상기 도광판과 확산판 사이에 저굴절률 물질층이 형성되고,상기 확산판 하면과 반사판 상면 중 어느 한 면에 형광체층이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.

- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 형광체층은 형광체와 투명 수지 용액으로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 형광체층은 두께가 500 내지 50,000㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 저굴절률 물질층은 에어로젤로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 저굴절률 물질층은 두께가 100 내지 5,000㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 발광 다이오드는 420 내지 470nm 영역의 청색 발광 다이오드이며, 상기 형광체는 YAG계열의 황색 형광체 및 SrxBayCazSiO5:Eu(여기서 0 ≤ x ≤ 3, 0 ≤ y ≤ 3, 0 ≤ z ≤ 3, x+y+z=3 임) 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 발광 다이오드는 420 내지 470nm 영역의 청색 발광 다이오드이며, 상기 형광체는 녹색 및 적색 발광 형광체인 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 발광 다이오드는 350 내지 420nm 영역의 근자외선 발광 다이오드이며, 상기 형광체는 백색 발광 형광체인 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 YAG계열의 황색 형광체는 화학식 (Y1-xGdx)3(Al1-yGay )5O12:Ce3+(여기서 0 ≤ x ≤ 1, 0 ≤ y ≤ 1 임)로 표기되는 형광체인 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 녹색 및 적색 발광 형광체는 화학식 YAG:Ce + 4MgO·GeO2:Mn, YAG:Ce + 6MgO·As2O5:Mn4+, YAG:Ce + 0.5MgF2·GeO2:Mn4+ , SrGa2S4:Eu + Y2O3:Eu, ZnS:Cu,Al + ZnCdS:Ag 및 SrGa2S4:Eu + ZnCdS:Ag,Cl로 표기되는 형광체 중 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 백색 발광 형광체는 화학식 SrxBayCazMgSi2O8:Eu,Mn, SrxBayCazMgSi2O8:Eu(여기서 0 ≤ x ≤ 3, 0 ≤ y ≤ 3, 0 ≤ z ≤ 3, x+y+z=3 임), SrxBayCazMgSi2O7:Eu,Mn, SrxBay CazMgSi2O7:Eu, SrxBayCazMgSi 2O4:Eu(여기서 0 ≤ x ≤ 2, 0 ≤ y ≤ 2, 0 ≤ z ≤ 2, x+y+z=2 임), SrxBayCazMg(SiO2) 4Cl2:Eu,Mn, SrxBayCazMg(SiO2)4Cl2:Eu(여기서 0 ≤ x ≤ 8, 0 ≤ y ≤ 8, 0 ≤ z ≤ 8, x+y+z=8 임), SrxBayCazMgSi2O8:Eu(여기서 0 ≤ x ≤ 3, 0 ≤ y ≤ 3, 0 ≤ z ≤ 3, x+y+z=3 임) + SrxBayCazMgSi2O4:Eu(여기서 0 ≤ x ≤ 2, 0 ≤ y ≤ 2, 0 ≤ z ≤ 2, x+y+z=2 임), BaMgAl14O23:Eu + SrGa2S4:Eu + Y2O3 :Eu, ZnS:Ag + ZnS:Cu, Al + ZnCdS:Ag, ZnS:Ag + SrGa2S4;Eu + ZnCdS:Ag 및 Ca10(PO4)6Cl 2:Eu2+ + YAG:Ce로 표기되는 형광체 중 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
