Claims (4)
- 점토벽돌을 직경 1-5cm가 되도록 파쇄기로 파쇄한 파쇄물 10-45중량부, 가는 모래 20-50 중량부, 시멘트 20-50중량부로 구성된 혼합물 100중량부에 물을 5-15중량부 가하고 혼합하여 형틀에 넣고 성형하여 양생 경화시킨 후, 경화체를 절단한 다음, 연마통에 넣고 회전 연마시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 점토벽돌을 이용한 건자재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점토벽돌은 폐점토벽돌 또는 저품위 점토벽돌인 것을 특징으로 하는 점토벽돌을 이용한 건자재의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 기재방법으로 제조되는 것으로, 각 모서리 부분이 둥글게 연마되고, 표면에 점토벽돌 파쇄물이 드러난 것을 특징으로 하는 점토벽돌을 이용한 건자재.
