Abstract

본 발명에서는 기존의 타이어 제조시 사용되는 PCA 함량이 13 wt% 이상인 방향성 오일 대신에 PCA 함량이 3 wt% 미만인 파라핀계 오일(Paraffine oil)을 사용하여 친환경적이며 물성이 기존기술 대비 동등 이상으로 유지하도록 설계한 포장 도로용 트럭 및 버스 래디알 타이어의 트레드 고무조성물의 제공을 목적으로 한다.In the present invention, instead of the aromatic oil having a PCA content of 13 wt% or more used in the manufacture of conventional tires, paraffinic oil having a PCA content of less than 3 wt% is used for eco-friendly and physical properties to be maintained at equal or higher than conventional technologies. 본 발명은 트럭 및 버스 래디알 타이어의 트레드 고무 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 폴리사이클릭 아로마틱스 함량이 적은 파라핀 오일을 사용한 포장도로용 트럭 및 버스 래디알 타이어의 트레드 고무 조성물에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to tread rubber compositions of truck and bus radial tires, and more particularly to tread rubber compositions of pavement truck and bus radial tires using paraffin oils with low polycyclic aromatics content.
현대사회에 없어서는 안 될 필수품인 자동차의 증가는 인간 생활에 다양한 편리함을 가져왔다. 그러나 자동차가 증가할 수록 교통사고로 인한 인적물적 손실, 공해 및 환경문제, 석유에너지의 부족심화, 교통문제와 같은 많은 문제점이 대두되고 있으며 특히, 그 중에서도 생활에 밀접한 환경오염에 대한 문제는 꼭 해결해야 할 과제로 남아있다. 이러한 취지에서 자동차의 부품중 중요한 부분을 차지하는 타이어 원부재료에도 유해물질에 대한 규제가 강화되고 있는 실정이다.
