- 질소가 포함된 원수를 황에 의한 독립영양 방식으로 탈질하기 위한 탈질 장치에 있어서,상기 탈질 장치가 황이 고정화된 판상 여재가 균일한 간격으로 고정화된 단위 구조물이 반복적으로 장착되고, 이때 상기 판상 여재가 수 표면과 수직 방향으로 위치되어 있는 황 탈질 반응조를 적어도 하나 이상 포함하는 탈질 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 판상 여재는 일정 온도 이상으로 황을 가열한 다음, 용융 상태의 황을 판상 여재에 도포 또는 침적 후 냉각시켜 제작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 판상 여재는 다공성의 판형 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 다공성의 판형 재질은 폴리에스터, 폴리스티렌, 폴리우레탄, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 고분자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 다공성의 판형 재질은 부직포(non-woven fabric), 직포(woven fabric), 메쉬(mesh) 및 발포 판(foamed plate)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종의 형태로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질 장치..
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 판상 여재는 지지 수단에 의해 고정화되어 단위 구조물의 형태로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 황 탈질 반응조는 원수가 유입되는 일측면에 유입 위어를 구비하고, 유출되는 일측면에 유출 위어를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 황 탈질 반응조는 상표면 전면에 걸쳐 부유볼(floating ball)을 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 탈질 장치는 상기 황 탈질 반응조와 연결되며, 하부에 산기관이 장착된 후폭기 반응조를 더욱 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 후폭기 반응조는 산기관을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질 장치.
