Claims (12)
- 제 n 행의 게이트 스캔 라인;상기 게이트 스캔 라인과 수직 교차하는 제 m 열의 데이터 라인;상기 게이트 스캔 라인과 데이터 라인이 수직 교차하는 영역에 매트릭스 형태로 정의되는 R, G, B 화소와; 상기 R, G, B 화소에 대응하여 형성되며, 양극(+)과 음극(-)에 인가되는 전계에 의해 R, G, B 색을 발광하는 유기 발광소자;상기 게이트 스캔 라인으로부터 인가되는 스캔신호에 의해 데이터 라인으로부터 인가되는 화상정보를 스위칭하는 스위칭부;상기 스위칭부를 통해 인가되는 화상정보에 따라 유기 발광 소자에 전계를 인가하는 구동부;상기 R, G, B 화소에 개별적으로 형성되어 각 화소에 형성된 구동부에 서로 다른 전원 전압을 인가하는 제 m 열의 전원 전압 공급라인; 및상기 유기 발광 소자의 음극(-)에 공통 전압을 공급하는 공통 전극으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공통 전극은 R, G, B 화소마다 형성되어 상기 각 화소에 개별적으로 공통 전압을 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭부는 한 개 또는 두 개의 박막트랜지스터로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구동부는 한 개 또는 두 개의 박막트랜지스터로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전원 전압 공급 라인은 패널 상에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전원 전압 공급 라인은 인쇄 회로 기판에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 n 행의 게이트 스캔 라인;상기 게이트 스캔 라인과 수직 교차하는 제 m 열의 데이터 라인;상기 게이트 스캔 라인과 데이터 라인이 수직 교차하는 영역에 매트릭스 형태로 정의되는 R, G, B 화소;상기 R, G, B 화소에 대응하여 형성되며, 양극(+)과 음극(-)에 인가되는 전계에 의해 R, G, B 색을 발광하는 유기 발광소자;상기 게이트 스캔 라인으로부터 인가되는 스캔신호에 의해 데이터 라인으로부터 인가되는 화상정보를 스위칭하는 스위칭부;상기 스위칭부를 통해 인가되는 화상정보에 따라 유기 발광 소자에 전계를 인가하는 구동부;상기 구동부에 전원 전압을 인가하는 제 m 열의 전원 전압 공급라인; 및R, G, B 화소에 개별적으로 형성되어 각 화소에 서로 다른 공통 전압을 인가하는 공통 전극으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 소자.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전원 전압 공급라인은 R, G, B 화소의 각각에 형성되어 각 화소의 구동부에 개별적으로 전원 전압을 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 소자.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭부는 한 개 또는 두 개의 박막트랜지스터로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 소자.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 구동부는 한 개 또는 두 개의 박막트랜지스터로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 소자.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전원 전압 공급 라인은 패널에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 소자.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전원 전압 공급 라인은 인쇄 회로 기판에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
