Claims (33)
- 서로 반대쪽의 제1 및 제2 주표면을 갖는 유전 기판;소정 검출 주파수 범위 내의 주파수에서 전자기 에너지에 노출될 때 공진하는 공진회로로서, 이 공진회로는 상기 유전기판의 주표면 중 하나에 형성된 도전층을 포함하며, 상기 도전층에는 전기적 개방회로를 형성하는 간극이 포함되어 있는 상기 공진회로;상기 간극에 근접하여 위치하는 퓨즈스트립을 포함하는 퓨즈구조물; 및상기 퓨즈구조물을 상기 도전층에 연결시켜서 상기 커넥터와 상기 퓨즈구조물이 상기 간극을 전기적으로 닫도록 하고, 상기 퓨즈구조물을 통해 소정 레벨 이상의 전류가 흐르면 상기 퓨즈스트립을 녹임으로써 상기 공진회로의 공진주파수를 변경시켜서 상기 공진회로가 상기 소정 검출주파수 범위 내의 주파수에서 더 이상 공진하지 않도록 하는 전기 커넥터를 구비하는 공진 태그.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전기 커넥터는 상기 간극의 양측에서 각각 상기 도전층에 접합되고, 상기 퓨즈구조물에 접합된 제1 및 제2 와이어로 구성되는 공진태그.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 퓨즈구조물 및 상기 접합된 와이어들을 덮는 캡슐체를 더 포함하는 공진태그.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 캡슐체는 자외선경화 캡슐체로 구성되는 공진태그.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 간극이 상기 공진회로의 유도코일에 형성되는 공진태그.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 퓨즈구조물이 상기 간극내에 위치되고 상기 기판에 고정되는 공진태그.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 퓨즈구조물이 캡슐체 물질로써 상기 기판에 고정되는 공진태그.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 퓨즈구조물이 상기 간극의 일측에 있는 상기 도전층에 고정되는 공진태그.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 퓨즈구조물이 캡슐체 물질로써 상기 도전층에 고정되는 공진태그.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 퓨즈스트립을 녹임으로써 상기 공진회로에 전기적 개방회로상태가 생기어 상기 회로를 공진하지 못하게 하는 공진태그.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 간극이 상기 공진회로의 유도코일에 형성되고, 상기 퓨즈구조물이 상기 간극의 일측상에 있는 상기 도전층위에 캡슐체 물질로 고정되고, 상기 전기 커넥터는 상기 퓨즈 구조물 및 상기 간극의 양측 각각에서 상기 도전층과 접합된 제1 및 제2 와이어를 구비하고, 상기 태그는 상기 퓨즈구조물과 상기 접합된 와이어들을 피복하는 자외선 경화 캡슐체를 더 포함하며,상기 퓨즈스트립을 녹임으로써 상기 공진회로에 전기적 개방회로 상태가 생겨 상기 회로가 공진하지 않게 하는 공진태그.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공진회로는 유도코일과 커패시터를 포함하고, 상기 유도코일이 상기 기판상의 도전층에 의해 형성되고, 상기 커패시터가 상기 퓨즈구조물의 일부이고, 상기 커패시터가 상기 퓨즈스트립과 직렬로 전기적으로 접속되는 공진태그.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 유도코일은 상기 기판의 외측가장자리에 근접한 제1 외측단부와 상기 기판의 중앙지역에 근접한 제2 내측단부를 갖는 대략 나선형상으로 형성되고, 상기 간극은 상기 코일 외측단부에서 상기 간극까지 연장하는 제1 코일지역과 상기 간극에서 상기 코일내측단부까지 연장하는 제2 코일지역을 규정하는 상기 공진회로의 유도코일에 형성되고, 상기 커패시터가 상기 제1 코일지역에 연결되고 상기 퓨즈 스트립이 상기 제2 코일지역에 연결되는 공진태그.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 퓨즈 구조물은,캐리어;상기 캐리어의 표면에 위치하는 퓨즈스트립; 및상기 퓨즈스트립의 양단부 각각에 연결된 제1및 제2 결합패드로 구성되는 공진태그.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 캐리어는 반도체 물질로 구성되는 공진태그.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 반도체 물질은 실리콘으로 구성되는 공진태그.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 캐리어는 비도체 물질로 구성되는 공진태그.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 결합패드들은 상기 캐리어의 표면에 배치된 도전물질로 된 대략 삼각형 층들 각각을 거쳐 상기 퓨즈스트립에 연결되는 공진태그.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 퓨즈구조물은 0.01 평방인치 미만인 공진태그.
- 소정 검출 주파수 범위 내의 주파수에서 전자기에너지에 노출될 때 공진하는 공진회로를 갖는 공진태그와 사용되는 퓨즈구조물에 있어서,캐리어;상기 캐리어의 표면상에 위치하는 퓨즈스트립; 및상기 퓨즈스트립의 양단부 각각에 연결된 제1 및 제2 결합패드로 구성되는 퓨즈구조물.
- 제20항에 있어서,상기 캐리어가 반도체 물질로 구성되는 퓨즈구조물.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 반도체 물질이 실리콘으로 구성되는 퓨즈구조물.
- 제20항에 있어서,상기 캐리어는 비도체 물질로 구성되는 퓨즈구조물.
- 제20항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 결합패드들은 상기 캐리어의 표면상에 배치된 도전물질로 된 대략 삼각형 층들 각각을 거쳐 상기 퓨즈스트립에 연결되는 퓨즈구조물.

- 소정 검출 주파수범위 내의 주파수에서 전자기 에너지를 이용하여 감시지역 내의 보안태그의 존재를 검출하는 수단을 갖는 전자보안시스템과 함께 사용되는 작동가능/해제가능 공진태그에 있어서,서로 반대쪽의 제1 및 제2 주표면을 갖는 유전 기판;상기 기판위에 배치되어 상기 소정 검출 주파수범위 내의 주파수에서 공진할 수 있는 공진회로로서, 상기 공진회로는 상기 기판의 주표면 중 하나에 부분적으로 형성된 인덕터를 포함하고, 상기 공진회로에는 전기적 개방회로 상태를 형성하는 간극이 포함되어 있는 상기 공진회로;캐리어의 표면상에 위치해 있고, 도전물질로 된 각각의 웨지들에 의해 상기 캐리어의 제1 및 제2 결합패드와 연결되는 퓨즈스트립을 포함하며, 상기 간극에 근접하여 위치하는 퓨즈구조물; 및상기 제1 및 제2 캐리어 결합패드들에 각각 연결되고 상기 공진회로와 연결되는 제1 및 제2 와이어로서, 상기 제1 및 제2 와이어와 상기 퓨즈구조물이 상기 간극을 전기적으로 닫으며, 상기 퓨즈구조물을 통해 흐르는 소정레벨 이상의 전류가 상기 퓨즈스트립을 녹임으로써 상기 공진회로의 공진주파수가 변경되는 상기 제1 및 제2 와이어로 구성되는 작동가능/해제가능 공진태그.
- 제29항에 있어서,상기 간극, 상기 퓨즈구조물과, 상기 제1 및 제2 와이어들을 덮는 캡슐체를 더 포함하는 작동가능/해제가능 공진태그.
- 제29항에 있어서,상기 퓨즈스트립을 녹이면 상기 공진태그의 공진주파수가 변경되어 상기 공진회로가 상기 소정 검출주파수 범위 내의 주파수에서 공진하는 작동가능/해제가능 공진태그.
- 제29항에 있어서,상기 퓨즈스트립을 녹이면 상기 공진태그의 공진주파수가 변경되어 상기 공진회로가 상기 소정 검출주파수 범위 밖의 주파수에서 공진하는 작동가능/해제가능 공진태그.
- 제29항에 있어서,상기 퓨즈 구조물은, 상기 퓨즈스트립과 직렬로 전기적으로 접속된 커패시터를 더 포함하는 작동가능/해제가능 공진태그.
