Description
Claims (16)
- 실내 공간에 실내외 공기를 급배기할 수 있도록 안내하는 덕트;상기 덕트에 연결되고, 실내외 공기를 덕트를 통해 급배기시키는 송풍팬을 포함하여 이루어지는 강제환기장치;창문들을 개별적으로 개폐시켜 외부 공기에 의해 실내 공간을 자연 환기시키는 창문개폐장치; 그리고,상기 강제환기장치와 창문개폐장치를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여 구성되는 공기조화 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어부에는 실내외 온도 및 습도와 실내의 오염도를 측정할 수 있는 감지수단들이 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 창문개폐장치는:해당 창문을 개폐시키도록 설치되는 개폐유닛; 그리고,상기 개폐유닛에 구동력을 발생하도록 결합되는 구동유닛을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 개폐유닛은:미닫이 창문에 배치되고, 나선부가 형성된 하우징; 그리고,상기 하우징에 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 상기 구동유닛에 회전가능하게 결합되는 볼스크류를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 구동유닛은:상기 볼스크류의 일단부에 결합되고, 잇수가 상이한 기어를 구비한 기어박스; 그리고,상기 기어박스에 축결합되는 구동모터:를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 구동유닛은 상기 볼스크류의 일단부에 결합되는 구동모터인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 개폐유닛은:여닫이 창문에 배치되는 종동기어; 그리고,상기 종동기어에 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 상기 구동유닛에 축결합되는 구동기어를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화 시스템.
- 실내외 온도 및 습도와 실내공기의 오염도를 감지하는 단계;실내공기의 오염도가 제어부에 기설정된 오염도 범위에 속하는가를 판단하는 단계;실내공기의 오염도가 제어부에 기설정된 오염도 범위에 속하면, 실외공기의 오염도를 기설정된 오염도 범위에 속하는가를 판단하며 창문개폐장치를 구동하여 창문을 폐쇄하는 단계;실외공기의 오염도가 기설정된 오염도 범위에 속하면, 송풍팬을 포함하여 이루어지는 강제환기장치를 구동하지않는 단계;실외공기의 오염도가 기설정된 오염도 범위에 속하지 않으면, 상기 강제환기장치를 구동시켜 강제환기를 하는 단계;실내공기의 오염도의 기설정된 오염도 범위에 속하지 않으면, 실외 온도가 제어부에 기설정된 실외 온도 범위에 속하는가를 판단하는 단계;상기 실외 온도 범위에 속하면, 상기 강제환기장치를 구동하여 실내 공간을 강제환기시키고 상기 창문개폐장치를 구동하여 창문을 폐쇄하는 단계;상기 실외 온도 범위에 속하지 않으면, 실내외 온도차가 제어부에 기 설정된 실내외 온도차에 속하는가를 판단하는 단계;상기 실내외 온도차에 속하면, 상기 강제환기장치를 구동하지 않고 상기 창문개폐장치를 구동하여 창문을 개방하는 단계; 그리고상기 실내외 온도차에 속하지 않으면, 상기 강제환기장치를 구동하고 상기 창문개폐장치를 구동하여 창문을 폐쇄하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 공기조화 시스템의 제어방법.

- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 실외공기의 오염도가 기설정된 오염도 범위에 속하지 않으면, 상기 강제환기장치를 구동시켜 강제환기를 하는 단계에서, 상기 강제환기장치를 최약풍으로 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화 시스템의 제어방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 실외 온도 범위에 속하면, 상기 강제환기장치를 구동하여 실내 공간을 강제환기시키고 상기 창문개폐장치를 구동하여 창문을 폐쇄하는 단계에서, 상기 강제환기장치를 약풍으로 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화 시스템의 제어방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 실내외 온도차에 속하면, 상기 강제환기장치를 구동하지 않고 상기 창문개폐장치를 구동하여 창문을 개방하는 단계에서,실외상대습도가 기설정된 범위 내에 있으면, 상기 창문이 최대로 개방되도록 상기 창문개폐장치를 구동하며,실외상대습도가 기설정된 범위 밖에 있으면, 상기 창문이 최소로 개방되도록 상기 창문개폐장치를 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화 시스템의 제어방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 실내외 온도차에 속하지 않으면, 상기 강제환기장치를 구동하고 상기 창문개폐장치를 구동하여 창문을 폐쇄하는 단계에서,실외상대습도가 기설정된 범위 내에 있으면, 상기 강제환기장치를 강하게 구동하며,실외상대습도가 기설정된 범위 밖에 있으면, 상기 강제환기장치를 약하게 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화 시스템의 제어방법.
