Claims (3)
- 당량이 1,500 ∼ 3,000인 노닐페놀 앤드캡핑된 비스페놀 에이형 에폭시수지 20 ∼ 40 중량%, 당량이 750 ∼ 850인 노볼락 변성 비스페놀 에이형 에폭시수지 20 ∼ 40 중량%, 당량이 500 ∼ 600인 노볼락 변성 비스페놀 에이형 에폭시수지 1 ∼ 10 중량%, 수산기 당량이 100 ∼ 500인 폴리하이드릭 페놀 경화제 5 ∼ 15 중량%, 디시안디아마이드계 보조경화제 0.1 ∼ 1 중량%, 티타늄디옥사이드 안료 2 ∼ 10 중량% 및 충진제 10 ~ 30 중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 3겹 강관 하도용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 노닐페놀 앤드캡핑된 비스페놀 에이형 에폭시수지는 비스페놀 에이형 에폭시수지의 말단에 노닐페놀이 0.5 ∼ 5 중량% 앤드캡핑된 것을 특징으로 하는 3겹 강관 하도용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 노볼락 변성 비스페놀 에이형 에폭시수지는 노볼락 수지 5 ∼ 15 중량%가 변성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 3겹 강관 하도용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물.
