Claims (6)
- 증기 발생기로부터 증기 터빈까지 증기의 통로를 위한 수단으로서,증기 발생기로부터 밸브 조립체까지 하류로 증기 통로를 위한 제 1 도관과,제 1 축에 대해 피봇회전가증한 밸브 판을 포함하고 상기 도관에 대해 직각으로 배치될 때에 상기 제 1 도관의 내부 단면 직경을 횡단하기에 충분한 직경을 갖는 버터플라이 밸브와,상기 버터플라이 밸브로부터 정지 밸브까지 하류로 연장하는 제 2 도관으로서, 상기 정지 밸브는 상기 제 1 축에 대해 실질적으로 수직한 종축과 상기 정지 밸브의 내경보다 작은 외경을 갖는 원통형 스트레이너를 포함하고, 상기 스트레이너는 상기 정지 밸브의 내부 단면 직경을 가로질러 연장하며 상기 정지 밸브의 상류를 향하는 중실면과 일반적으로 상기 정지 밸브의 하류를 향하는 천공된 면을 갖는, 제 2 도관, 및상기 수단으로부터 증기 터빈까지 하류로 증기 통로를 위한 제 3 도관을 포함하고,이에 의해 상기 버터플라이 밸브가 개방 위치에 있을 때, 증기 흐름은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 도관을 통과하여 상기 스트레이너의 상기 중실면에 충돌해서 상기 흐름이 상기 중실면 주위에서 변환되어 상기 스트레이너의 상기 천공된 표면을 통과하여 상기 정지 밸브를 빠져나가서 상기 제 3 도관을 통과하는 증기 통로용 수단.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 일반적으로 상기 정지 밸브의 하류를 향하는 상기 원통형 스트레이너의 상기 천공된 면은 상기 스트레이너 원주의 대략 300°에 걸쳐서 연장하는 증기 통로용 수단.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 정지 밸브의 상류를 향하는 상기 원통형 스트레이너의 상기 중실면은 상기 스트레이너의 원주의 대략 60°에 걸쳐서 연장하는 증기 통로용 수단.
- 증기 흐름 도관 내에 배치되고 상류 개구와 하류 개구를 갖는 밸브 조립체로서,상기 상류 개구에 인접하게 배치된 버터플라이 밸브와 제 1 축에 대해 피봇회전가능하고 관형 도관과 직각으로 배치될 때에 상기 관형 도관의 내부 단면 직경을 횡단하기에 충분한 직경을 갖는 밸프 판을 구비하는 관형 도관과,상기 하류 개구에 인접하게 배치되고, 상기 제 1 축에 대해 실질적으로 수직한 종축과 정지 밸브의 내경보다 작은 외경을 갖는 원통형 스트레이너를 포함하는 정지 밸브로서, 상기 스트레이너는 상기 정지 밸브의 내부 단면 직경을 가로질러 연장하고, 상기 정지 밸브의 상류를 향하는 중실면과 일반적으로 상기 정지 밸브의 하류를 향하는 천공된 면을 갖는, 정지 밸브를 포함하는 밸브 조립체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 정지 밸브의 상류를 향하는 상기 원통형 스트레이너의 상기 중실면은 상기 스트레이너의 원주의 대략 60°에 걸쳐서 연장하는 밸브 조립체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 일반적으로 상기 정지 밸브의 하류를 향하는 상기 원통형 스트레이너의 상기 천공된 면은 상기 스트레이너 원주의 대략 300°에 걸쳐서 연장하는 밸브 조립체.
