Description
Claims (22)
- 용융추출법으로 제조된 방향성이 무작위(random)인 금속섬유를 빗질(combing)하여 일방향성을 부여하므로써 한 가닥의 얀이 50~100개의 금속섬유로 이루어지며, 1g당 길이가 0.45-0.6m이고, 꼬임율(torsion rate)이 1~9 turns/m인 금속섬유 얀.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속섬유는 직경이 20-70㎛이고, 섬유 길이가 10-20cm임을 특징으로 하는 금속섬유 얀.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속섬유는 지르코늄을 0.05-0.5중량% 포함하는 철-크롬-알루미늄계 합금으로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 금속섬유 얀.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 금속섬유는 지르코늄을 0.1-0.3중량% 포함하는 철-크롬-알루미늄계 합금으로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 금속섬유 얀.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 금속섬유는 철 70-83중량%, 크롬 18-27중량%, 알루미늄 3-7 중량% 및 지르코늄 0.05-0.5중량%로 이루어지는 철-크롬-알루미늄계 합금으로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 금속섬유 얀.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 용융추출법은 직경이 12mm인 원형 봉(rod)재를 용융수단의 인덕션 코일 근처에 위치시켜 봉재의 말단을 용융시키고 이 부분을 1-100m/sec로 고속회전하는 디스크에 접촉시켜 순간적으로 직경 20~70㎛의 금속섬유로 추출하여 얻는 것임을 특징으로 하는 금속섬유 얀.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 금속섬유는 단면이 반달 형상이고 측표면에는 높이가 1-5㎛인 돌기를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 금속 섬유 얀.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 금속 섬유 얀으로부터 제조된 직물.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 직물은 밀도가 1.0-4.0kg/㎡임을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 직물은 직조 또는 편조방식으로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 직물은 기공율이 75-95%임을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 직물은 하부 및 상부에 각각 가로:세로비가 10:1이하인 슬릿형의 염공을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 용융추출법으로 제조된 방향성이 무작위(랜덤)하게 분포되어 있는 금속섬유를 빗질(combing)하여 일방향성을 부여하는 단계;상기 일방향성이 부여된 한가닥의 얀은 금속섬유 50-100개로 이루어지며, 1g당 길이가 0.45-0.6m이고 꼬임율(torsion rate)이 1-9turns/m인 금속섬유 얀을 제조하는 단계; 및상기 얀을 직물로 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 직물 제조방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 금속섬유는 직경이 20-70㎛이고, 섬유 길이가 10-20cm임을 특징으로 하는 직물의 제조방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 금속섬유는 지르코늄을 0.05-0.5중량% 포함하는 철-크롬-알루미늄계 합금으로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 직물의 제조방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 금속섬유는 지르코늄을 0.1-0.3중량% 포함하는 철-크롬-알루미늄계 합금으로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 직물의 제조방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 금속섬유는 철 70-83중량%, 크롬 18-27중량%, 알루미늄 3-7중량% 및 지르코늄 0.05-0.5중량%로 이루어지는 철-크롬-알루미늄계 합금으로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 직물의 제조방법.
