Claims (3)
- 하부 기판;상기 하부 기판상에 소정 방향으로 연장된 게이트 버스 라인;상기 하부 기판상에 상기 게이트 버스 라인을 덮도록 형성된 게이트 절연막;상기 게이트 절연막상에 상기 게이트 버스 라인과 교차되도록 형성되어 단위 화소 영역을 한정하는 데이타 버스 라인;상기 게이트 버스 라인과 데이타 버스 라인의 교차부에 적어도 게이트 전극과 소오스 및 드레인 전극을 포함하도록 형성된 박막 트랜지스터;상기 단위 화소 영역에 상기 드레인 전극과 콘택되게 형성된 화소 전극;상기 화소 전극이 형성된 하부 기판 결과물을 덮는 보호막;상기 데이타 버스 라인과 평행한 수개의 빗살부와, 상기 빗살부간을 연결하면서 해당 화소를 선택하는 게이트 버스 라인의 이전(previous) 게이트 버스 라인과 콘택되는 바를 포함하여 상기 보호막 상부에 상기 화소 전극과 오버랩되도록 상기 화소 전극과 동일한 투명한 물질로 형성되어 상기 화소 전극과 함께 프린지 필드를 생성하는 카운터 전극;상기 화소 전극과 동일 물질 및 공정에 의해 상기 데이타 버스 라인 하부에 접촉되게 형성된 데이타 리던던시 라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고개구율 및 고투과율 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화소 전극은 플레이트 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고개구율 및 고투과율 액정 표시 장치.
