Claims (7)
- 평균 입자 직경 0.2 ∼ 4 ㎛, 비표면적 60 ㎡/g 이상인 규산 칼슘 수화물 입자와 평균 입자 직경 4 ㎛ 이하의 수산화 칼슘 입자를 포함하며, 양 입자성분 중 수산화 칼슘 입자의 양이 20 ∼ 60 중량% 의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 처리제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 슬러리상의 형태를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 처리제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 건조분체상의 형태를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 처리제.
- 제 2 항에 기재된 배기 가스 처리제의 제조방법으로서, 규산 칼슘 함유 원료와 수산화 칼슘 생성원료를 합한 합계 100 중량부에 물 100 ∼ 2000 중량부를 가하여 40 ∼ 100 ℃ 에서 습식분쇄하에 수화반응을 하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리상 규산 칼슘-수산화 칼슘계 배기 가스 처리제의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 기재된 배기 가스 처리제의 제조방법으로서, 규산 칼슘 함유 원료와 수산화 칼슘 생성원료를 합한 합계 100 중량부에 물 100∼2000 중량부를 가하여 40 ∼ 100 ℃ 에서 습식분쇄하에 수화반응을 하게 한 후 건조하여 분급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체상 규산 칼슘-수산화 칼슘계 배기 가스 처리제의 제조방법.
- 배기 가스 처리방법으로서, 제 1 항에 기재된 배기 가스 처리제를 배기 가스와 접촉시키는 방법.
- 배기 가스 및 매진의 처리방법으로서, 제 1 항에 기재된 배기 가스 처리제를 배기 가스와 접촉시킨 후, 이 배기 가스로부터 집진기에 의해 포집되는 매진에 대하여 물을 가하여 혼련하여 고화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 및 매진의 처리방법.
