Claims (10)
- a) 화학식 2를 갖는 3-치환된 1-아미노-2-프로판올 산부가염을, 염기의 존재하에서, 화학식 3을 갖는 무수프탈산과 반응시켜 하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 N-(3-치환된-2-히드록시프로필)프탈이미드를 얻는 단계, 및 b) 얻어진 화학식 4의 화합물을 에폭시드 고리화 반응에 적용시켜 목적하는 화학식 1의 상기 글리시딜프탈이미드를 제조하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진, 화학식 1로 표시되는 글리시딜프탈이미드를 제조하는 방법:화학식 1화학식 2화학식 3화학식 4상기 화학식 1 내지 4에서, *는 키랄센터를 의미하고, X는 이탈기를 의미하고, Y는 술폰기, 할로겐기 또는 카르복실기를 의미한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 2를 갖는 3-치환된 1-아미노-2-프로판올 산부가염이 광학활성체인 것을 특징으로 하는 글리시딜프탈이미드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, X가 클로로기, 브로모기 및 요오도기로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 할로겐기인 것을 특징으로 하는 글리시딜프탈이미드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, X가 클로로기인 것을 특징으로 하는 글리시딜프탈이미드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 HY가 염산, 브롬산, 요오드산, C1-C10 알킬설폰산, C6-C10 아릴설폰산, C7-C11 알킬아릴설폰산, C7-C11 아릴알킬설폰산 또는 C1-C10의 카르복실산인 것을 특징으로 하는 글리시딜프탈이미드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 HY가 메탄설폰산인 것을 특징으로 하는 글리시딜프탈이미드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3-치환된 1-아미노-2-프로판올 산부가염이 1-아미노-3-클로로-2-프로판올 메탄설폰산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 키랄 글리시딜프탈이미드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 a)가 R1R2R3N(여기서, R1, R2 및 R3은 서로 독립적으로 C1-C16 알킬기, C2-C16 알케닐기, C7-C16 아릴알킬기 또는 C7-C16 알킬아릴기를 나타낸다)으로 표시되는 제3급 아민의 존재하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 글리시딜프탈이미드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 b)가 알칼리금속염 및 알칼리토금속염으로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 무기염기의 존재하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 글리시딜프탈이미드를 제조하는 방법.
