Claims (5)
- 폴리에스테르 섬유를 방사 후 가연공정 및 염색공정으로 제조되는 가연 염색사의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 제조된 염색사에 염색공정 이후에 연신비 1.01 ∼ 1.6 : 1로 2차 가연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 고신축 가연염색사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,1) 종래의 가연 방법 조건(1히터 제품 및 2히터 제품 포함)보다 연신비를 같거나 50% 이내에서 적게 하여 1차 가연하고,2) 염색(사염)하고,3) 상기 염색하여 제조된 염색사에 연신비 1.01 ∼ 1.6 : 1로 2차 가연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폴리에스테르 고신축 가연염색사의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 2차 가연 시, 염색사 공급존에서 오일링 처리를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폴리에스테르 고신축 가연염색사의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 2차 가연이 종래 가연 방법 조건보다 연수(Twist/m) 및 온도를 1 ∼ 30% 정도 증가시켜 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폴리에스테르 고신축 가연염색사의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 2차 가연이 200 ∼ 230℃에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폴리에스테르 고신축 가연염색사의 제조방법.
