Claims (15)
- 세라믹 구조체를 밀봉하기 위한 밀봉재로서, 세라믹 성분과, 상온 액체 성분과, 침전 방지제를 포함하며,상기 침전 방지제는 황산칼슘, 황산마그네슘, 글루코노델타락톤, 염화칼슘 및 염화마그네슘으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상으로 구성된 것인 밀봉재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 성분 100 질량부에 대하여, 상기 상온 액체 성분 10∼50 질량부, 상기 침전 방지제 0.01∼10 질량부를 포함하는 밀봉재.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상온 액체 성분은 물인 것인 밀봉재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 성분은 코디에라이트, 멀라이트, 알루미나, 스피넬, 탄화규소, 탄화규소-코디에라이트계 복합 재료, 규소-탄화규소계 복합 재료, 질화규소, 리튬알루미늄실리케이트 및 티탄산알루미늄으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상으로 구성된 것인 밀봉재.
- 격벽에 의해 구획된, 축방향으로 연장하는 다수의 유통 채널을 갖는 허니콤 구조체에 있어서의 상기 유통 채널의 개구 단부를 밀봉하는 방법으로서, 세라믹 성분과, 상온 액체 성분과, 침전 방지제를 포함하는 밀봉재를 이용하여 상기 유통 채널의 개구 단부를 밀봉하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 침전 방지제는 황산칼슘, 황산마그네슘, 글루코노델타락톤, 염화칼슘 및 염화마그네슘으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상으로 구성된 것인 밀봉 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 성분 100 질량부에 대하여, 상기 상온 액체 성분 10∼50 질량부, 상기 침전 방지제 0.01∼10 질량부를 포함하는 것인 밀봉 방법.

- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 성분은 코디에라이트, 멀라이트, 알루미나, 스피넬, 탄화규소, 탄화규소-코디에라이트계 복합 재료, 규소-탄화규소계 복합 재료, 질화규소, 리튬알루미늄실리케이트 및 티탄산알루미늄으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상으로 구성된 것인 밀봉 방법.

- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 성분 100 질량부에 대하여, 상기 상온 액체 성분 10∼50 질량부, 상기 침전 방지제 0.01∼10 질량부를 포함하는 것인 허니콤 구조체.
