Claims (8)
- 실린더의 일측에 압축되는 냉매가스의 일부가 바이패스 되도록 바이패스홀을 형성하고, 상기 바이패스홀과 연통되는 밸브수용홈에 바이패스홀을 개폐하는 밸브가 설치되어 상기 압축기의 용량을 가변시키는 회전식 압축기의 바이패스밸브 구조에 있어서,상기 실린더의 밸브수용홈에 고정되고 상기 바이패스홀과 연통되는 통공과 냉매가스가 배출되는 가스배출홈이 형성된 볼밸브가이드와; 상기 볼밸브가이드의 내부에 구비되어 상기 바이패스홀과 상기 밸브수용홈 내부의 압력차에 따라 바이패스홀을 개폐하는 볼밸브와; 상기 볼밸브가이드에 고정되고 볼을 탄력지지하는 지지스프링과; 상기 볼밸브가이드를 상기 밸브수용홈 내부에 고정하는 고정수단을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 압축기의 바이패스밸브 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가스배출홈은 상기 볼밸브의 이동 방향과 직각을 이루는 방향으로 상기 밸브가이드의 외주면을 관통하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 압축기의 바이패스밸브 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가스배출홈은 냉매가스가 바이패스되는 순방향과 경사지는 방향으로 상기 볼밸브가이드의 외주면을 관통하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 압축기의 바이패스밸브 구조.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 볼밸브가이드는 상기 통공과 볼밸브가 면접촉을 하도록 상기 통공과 볼밸브의 접촉부가 곡면으로 가공된 내주면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 압축기의 바이패스밸브 구조.
- 제 2항에 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 볼밸브가이드는 상기 통공과 볼밸브가 선접촉을 하도록 상기 통공과 볼밸브의 접촉부가 평면으로 가공된 내주면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 압축기의 바이패스밸브 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 볼밸브나 볼밸브가이드 중 적어도 하나는 플라스틱 재질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 압축기의 바이패스밸브 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고정수단은 바이패스밸브 내부에 장착되는 고정스프링과, 상기 고정스프링의 일측이 고정되는 볼브수용홈 내주면에 함몰 형성된 스프링고정홈과, 상기 고정스프링의 타측이 상기 볼밸브가이드를 압입할 수 있도록 볼밸브가이드의 외주면에 형성된 플랜지를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 압축기의 바이패스밸브 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고정수단은 상기 밸브수용홈의 내주면 일측에 제 1 나사산을 형성하고, 상기 볼밸브가이드의 외주면에 제 2 나사산을 형성하여 이들의 나사 결합으로 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 회전식 압축기의 바이패스밸브 구조.
