Abstract
Description
상기 얼음 포켓 내에 제빙된 얼음을 이빙(離氷) 하기 위하여 상기 제빙용기의 하면에 배치된 가열 수단;을 포함하고,
상기 가열 수단은 열선과 필름 층으로 이루어지거나, 제빙용기의 하면에 열선을 코팅처리하고, 전원을 공급하는 구조임을 특징으로 하는 급속 제빙장치를 제공함에 의한다.

- 냉장고(100) 또는 정수기의 내부에서 얼음 포켓(10a)내에 물을 결빙시키는 제빙장치에 있어서,내부에 다수개의 얼음 포켓(10a)을 형성하여 물을 결빙시키는 제빙용기(10);상기 제빙용기(10)에 그 회전축(25a)에 연결되어 정,역회전시키는 모터(25);상기 제빙용기(10)의 상부측에서 급수관(135)으로 부터 물이 각각의 얼음 포켓(10a)에 균일한 량으로 충진되도록 하는 분배수단(30); 및상기 얼음 포켓(10a) 내에 제빙된 얼음을 이빙(離氷) 하기 위하여 상기 제빙용기(10)의 하면에 배치된 가열 수단(50);을 포함하고,상기 가열 수단(50)은 열선(52)과 필름 층(54)으로 이루어지거나, 제빙용기(10)의 하면에 열선(52)을 코팅처리하고, 전원(56)을 공급하는 구조임을 특징으로 하는 급속 제빙장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 분배수단(30)은 상기 제빙용기(10)의 상부면 중앙, 즉 그 양측으로 각각 다수개의 얼음 포켓(10a)이 나란하게 줄지어 형성된 중앙 평면상에 제빙용기(10)의 길이방향으로 형성된 것으로서, 제빙용기(10)의 얼음 포켓(10a)의 중앙 평면으로 부터 상부측으로 일정 간격을 유지하면서 돌출된 한쌍의 긴 대향 측벽(36a)(36b)과, 상기 측벽(36a)(36b)의 양 끝단을 막는 단부벽(38a)(38b)들을 포함하며, 상기 측벽(36a)(36b)에는 각각 그 양측에 위치한 얼음 포켓(10a)으로 물을 공급하기 위하여 상기 측벽(36a)(36b)들이 오목하게 형성된 분배구(38)들을 형성한 것임을 특징으로 하는 급속 제빙장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 분배구(38)의 하단지점(P)은 단부벽(38a)의 전방 측으로부터 단부벽(38b)의 후방 측으로 갈수록 낮게 형성된 것이며, 상기 각각의 분배구(38)들은 상기 제빙용기(10)의 가장 전방측의 얼음 포켓(10a)에는 그 얼음 포켓(10a)의 후방측에 치우쳐서 형성되고, 그 다음의 얼음 포켓(10a)들에 대해서는 모두 해당 얼음 포켓(10a)의 전방측에 치우쳐서 분배구(38)들이 형성되는 것임을 특징으로 하 는 급속 제빙장치.
