Claims (5)
- 위상반전기법을 이용하는 마이크로파 공액 위상변위기에 있어서,이 마이크로파 공액 위상변위기에 입력단자를 통해 인가되는 LO신호를 분배하는 3dB 전력분배기와,이 3dB 전력분배기에 연결되어 이 전력분배기로부터 분배된 LO신호와 RF신호를 받아서 이들 신호의 주파수의 차주파수로 갖는 IF신호를 발생시키는 마이크로파 혼합기,이 마이크로파 혼합기에 연결되어 인가되는 신호의 전력을 1/2씩 감소시켜 출력하는 브랜치라인 커플러 및,이 커플러의 단자중 하나로 출력되는 마이크로파 신호를 흡수하는 더미저항을 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파 공액 위상변위기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3dB 전력분배기가, T-접합 전력분배기와 윌킨슨 전력분배기의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파 공액 위상변위기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로파 혼합기가, 다이오드나 트랜지스터를 1개만 사용한 단일단자형, 또는 다이오드나 트랜지스터를 2개 사용한 단일평형형, 또는 그 이외의 다른 형태로 구성되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파 공액 위상변위기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브랜치라인 커플러는 3dB 하이브리드 커플러로서, 각 브랜치가 직선 또는 원형으로 구성되고, 이 브랜치에 홈이나 스텁 등이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파 공액 위상변위기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로파 공액 위상변위기가 마이크로스트립 라인과 스트립 라인 및 코플래너 도파관의 구조로 구현되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파 공액 위상변위기.
