Claims (10)
- 적어도 2 이상의 회선속도가 다른 전송로에 사용되는 화상전송장치에 있어서,화상신호를 입력하는 화상 입력수단과,상기 화상신호를 부호화하는 부호화처리부와,상기 부호화처리부에서 부호화된 데이터를 패킷화하여 송신하는 프로토콜제어부 및 상기 패킷화된 데이터 패킷을 전송하는 전송수단을 가지고,상기 프로토콜제어부는, 적어도 1개의 타이머처리부를 가지고,상기 타이머처리부는, 상기 전송로로부터의 데이터 패킷의 파기율 정보에 의거하여 상기 데이터패킷의 송신간격을 각각의 전송로의 회선속도에 개별로 대응하여 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상전송장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 프로토콜제어부는, 상기 데이터 패킷의 파기율 정보의 파기율에 대응한지연시간이 설정된 테이블을 가지고, 상기 타이머처리부는 상기 전송로로부터의 데이터 패킷의 파기율 정보에 대응하는 상기 테이블의 지연시간에 따라 데이터 패킷의 송출처리를 지연시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상전송장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 프로토콜제어부는 상기 데이터 패킷의 파기율 정보의 파기율에 대응한 데이터 패킷 송출의 요구간격이 설정된 테이블을 가지고, 상기 타이머처리부는 상기전송로로부터의 데이터 패킷의 파기율 정보에 대응하는 상기 테이블의 요구간격에 따라 데이터 패킷의 송출처리를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상전송장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 프로토콜제어부는, 트리거발생부를 더 가지고, 상기 트리거발생부는, 소정간격으로 상기 타이머처리부를 재설정하기 위한 트리거 펄스를 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상전송장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 타이머처리부는 상기 트리거발생부로부터의 트리거 펄스에 의거하여 상기 테이블의 지연시간에 따라 지연시킨 데이터 패킷의 송출처리를 원래의 송신간격으로 되돌리도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상전송장치.
- 적어도 2 이상의 회선속도가 다른 전송로에서, 부호화된 화상 데이터를 패킷화하여 전송로에 송신하는 화상전송방법에 있어서,화상신호를 입력하여 상기 화상신호를 부호화 데이터로 변환하고,상기 부호화 데이터를 패킷화하여 패킷 데이터를 송신하는 경우에, 상기 전송로로부터의 파기율 정보에 의거하여 타이머처리부를 제어하고,상기 타이머처리부에서 설정된 송신간격으로 각각의 전송로의 회선속도에 개별로 대응하고 제어하여 상기 패킷 데이터를 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상전송방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 타이머처리부는, 상기 데이터 패킷의 파기율 정보의 파기율에 대응한 지연시간이 설정된 테이블에 의거하여 상기 전송로로부터의 데이터 패킷의 파기율 정보에 대응하는 상기 테이블의 지연시간에 따라 데이터 패킷의 송출처리를 지연시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상전송방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 타이머처리부는, 상기 데이터 패킷의 파기율 정보의 파기율에 대응한 데이터 패킷 송출 요구시간이 설정된 테이블에 의거하고, 상기 전송로로부터의 데이터 패킷의 파기율 정보에 대응하는 상기 테이블의 요구시간에 따라 데이터 패킷의 송출을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상전송방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,소정간격으로 트리거를 더욱 발생하고, 상기 트리거에 의하여 소정간격으로 상기 타이머처리부에서의 송신간격 설정을 재설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상전송방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 트리거에 의거하여 상기 테이블의 지연시간에 따라 지연시킨 데이터 패킷의 송출처리를 원래의 송신간격으로 되돌리도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상전송방법.
