Claims (5)
- 불용성 전극을 사용하는 아크용접부,상기 아크 용접부 에 장착된 용접토치,상기 용접토치에 장착된 광검출부,상기 광검출부의 출력신호로부터 키홀형성을 검지하기 위하여 용접부에 장착된 신호계산기를 포함하는 아크용접장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,광검출부의 감응파장범위가 300-2,000nm인 것을 특징으로하는 아크용접장치
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 광검출부와 용접토치가 일체로 된 것을 포함하는 아크용접 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 광검출부를 피용접재 하부에 장착하는 것을 포함하는 아크용접장치
- 피용접재(11)를 준비하는 단계,전원부(21)로부터 인출되는 전류를 케이블(22, 23)을 통하여 피용접재(11)와 용접토치(30)에 인가하는 단계,상기 전극(31) 선단과 피용접재 사이에 아크가 형성되어 피용접재를 가열/용융시키는 단계,분위기 가스 공급부(24)로부터 공급되는 가스에 의하여 용융지를 보호하는단계,적외선(54) 혹은 아크광(53)은 집속렌즈(41)를 통하여 광센서(43)에 집속하고, 광센서 출력신호는 신호선(44) 및 접속단자(45)를 통하여 신호계산기로 전달하는 단계,상기 신호계산기(46)에서 신호를 분석하여 용접전원장치를 제어하는 단계를포함하는 아크용접방법.
