Abstract
Description
그리고, 상기 경소마그네시아 분말 및 플라이 애쉬의 입도를 100메쉬 이하로 한 것은 시공 후의 표면이 거칠지 않도록 하는 동시에 본 발명의 조성물을 구성하는 구성 성분들의 혼합이 균일하게 이루어지도록 하기 위한 것으로, 100메쉬를 초과하여도 사용은 가능하나 100메쉬를 초과하는 경우 시공 후의 표면이 거칠어져 시공 품질과 조성물의 혼합 균일도가 떨어지게 되기 때문에 가능한 100메쉬 이하의 것을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
즉, 일반적으로 시멘트에 비하여 밀도가 낮은 종이의 흡음성이 좋은 바, 시멘트 내부에 폐지가 개재됨으로써 시멘트만으로 구성된 경우보다 시멘트의 강도는 떨어지게 되나, 시멘트의 밀도가 낮아지면서 음파의 전달 매질인 폐지 함유 시멘트 내부를 통한 음파의 전달성이 떨어져 흡음성이 향상된다.

Claims (4)
- 다층 건물의 바닥을 시공하기 위하여 시멘트와 폐지 및 스티로폼 등으로 구성된 시멘트 조성물에 있어서, 100∼300메쉬 사이의 입도를 갖는 경소마그네시아 분말 35~60중량부와; 간수 1~10중량부와; 100∼300메쉬 사이의 입도를 갖는 플라이 애쉬 30~50중량부와; 길이(L)가 5∼50mm 이며 길이(L) 방향에 직교하는 단면 외접원(S)의 직경(D)이 1∼20mm 인 스티로폼칩 5~20중량부와; 폐지 분쇄물 1~5 중량부 및 수분 43~53중량부로 조성된 것을 특징으로 하는 단열방진 경량콘크리트 조성물.

- 다층 건물의 바닥을 시공하기 위하여 시멘트와 톱밥 및 스티로폼 등으로 구성된 시멘트 조성물에 있어서, 100∼300메쉬 사이의 입도를 갖는 경소마그네시아 분말 33~50중량부와; 간수 1~10중량부와; 100∼300메쉬 사이의 입도를 갖는 플라이 애쉬 30~40중량부와; 길이(L)가 5∼50mm 이며 길이(L) 방향에 직교하는 단면 외접원(S)의 직경(D)이 1∼20mm 인 스티로폼칩 5~20중량부와; 톱밥 5~15중량부 및 수분 45~55 중량부로 조성된 것을 특징으로 하는 단열방진 경량콘크리트 조성물.
