Claims (6)
- Co계 수직자기기록층, 상기 수직자기기록층을 지지하는 기판 및 상기 수직자기기록층과 상기 기판 사이에 수직배향 바닥층을 구비하는 수직자기기록매체에 있어서,상기 수직배향 바닥층이 Co 함량이 1 내지 65원자% 인 Ru-Co 합금으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수직자기기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 Co계 수직자기기록층이 하기 화학식 1의 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직자기기록매체:[화학식 1]Co100-(x+y+z)CrxPtyXz상기 식에서 x는 5 내지 25 원자%, y는 10 내지 25 원자%, z는 0 내지 10 원자%이며, X는 Nb, B, Ta, O 및 SiO2로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나이다.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 Co계 수직자기기록층과 상기 Ru-Co 합금 바닥층간 격자상수간 차이가 ±4% 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 수직자기기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수직배향 바닥층과 상기 기판 사이에 Ta, Pt, Pd, Ti, Cr 또는 이들의 합금으로 이루어지는 비자성체 바닥층이 추가적으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직자기기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수직배향 바닥층과 상기 기판 사이에 연자성 바닥층이 더 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직자기기록매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수직배향바닥층의 두께가 30nm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 수직자기기록매체.
