Description
Claims (1)
- 공작기계의 전원을 온 시키면 워밍업 알람 표시를 하는 제 1 단계(S1)와;스핀들 최고 회전수를 지령하는 제 2 단계(S2)와;워밍업 코드를 지령하는 제 3 단계(S3)와;스핀들 작업 정지시간이 설정된 시간간격보다 큰 가를 판단하는 제 4 단계(S4)와;상기 제 4 단계(S4)에서 스핀들 작업 정지시간이 설정된 시간간격보다 크면 스핀들의 최고 회전수를 기준으로 현재 스핀들 회전수를 0으로 세팅하는 제 5 단계(S5)와;이후 상기 제 4 단계(S4)에서 지정된 최고 회전수의 10%를 세팅하여 스핀들을 회전시키는 제 6 단계(S6)와;지정된 시간동안 스핀들이 회전하였는가를 판단하는 제 7 단계(S7)와;상기 제 7 단계(S7)에서 지정된 시간동안 스핀들이 회전하였으면 최고 회전수가 100% 까지 진행되었는가를 판단하여 그렇지 않으면 제 6 단계(S6)로 피드백하여 전단계보다 10%씩 증가한 속도로 스핀들을 회전시키는 제 8 단계(S8)와;워밍업이 끝나지 않았으면 알람을 계속 표시하고 워밍업이 끝났으면 스핀들 가공을 하는 제 9 단계(S9)와;상기 제 4 단계(S4)에서 스핀들 작업 정지시간이 지정된 시간보다 짧으면, 최고 회전수의 10%로 스핀들을 회전시키는 제 10 단계(S10)와;지정된 시간동안 스핀들이 회전하였는가를 판단하는 제 11 단계(S11)와;상기 제 11 단계(S11)에서 지정된 시간동안 스핀들이 회전하였으면 최고 회전수가 100% 까지 진행되었는가를 판단하여 그렇지 않으면 제 10 단계(S10)로 피드백하여 전단계보다 30%씩 증가한 속도로 스핀들을 회전시키는 것을 반복하여 100%가 진행될 때까지 스핀들 유니트의 회전속도를 높여나가는 제 12 단계(S12)로 이루어져 순차 진행함을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 유니트의 워밍업 제어방법.
