Claims (3)
- 용강의 정련공정에서 용탕의 온도측정 또는 산소측정과 함께 용융금속의 성분분석용 시료를 동시에 채취하는 복합프로브용 세라믹 블록(4)에 있어서,원기둥형상을 가지고, 상단부에서 하단부를 관통하는 나란한 2개의 관통홀(14a,15a)이 구비되고,상기 관통홀(14a,15a) 내부에는 상단면에서 내부 쪽으로 향하여 2단 이상의 내부턱(a,b,c)이 형성되어 상기 각 관통홀(14a,15a) 내부에는 센서 수용부(14)와 샘플링 케이스 수용부(15)가 구비될 수 있고,외형은 2단 이상의 계단턱(4a,4b)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복합프로브용 세라믹 블록.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 세라믹 블록(4)은 세라믹 사출성형 방법에 의해 일체형으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 복합프로브용 세라믹 블록.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 세라믹 블록(4)은 상단면에 중심에서 측정하고자 하는 센서쪽으로 편심되어 일정높이로 돌출된 계단턱 돌기부(4c)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복합프로브용 세라믹 블록.
