Claims (13)
- SO2를 SO3로 변환하는 기능을 수행하는 산화증진성분;탈황작용을 수행하는 Mg; 및탈황 흡수제의 재생성을 증진시키는 기능을 수행하는 Fe 를 포함하여 구성되되,상기 산화증진성분은 Ce, Co, Cu 또는 그 조합 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 탈황 흡수제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 산화증진성분의 중량비는 0.1 wt% 내지 20 wt%이고,상기 Fe 의 중량비는 0.1 wt% 내지 10 wt% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 탈황 흡수제.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 산화증진성분의 중량비는 5 wt%이고,상기 Fe 의 중량비는 5 wt% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 탈황 흡수제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마그네슘계 탈황 흡수제는,재생성을 증진시키는 Ti를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 탈황 흡수제.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 Ti 의 중량비는 1 wt% 내지 40 wt% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 탈황 흡수제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 산화증진성분, 상기 Mg, 및 상기 Fe 는 물질 자체, 아세트산, 질산염, 황산염, 염산염, 이들의 조합 중 어느 하나를 이용하여 공침법, 함침법, 겔혼합법 또는 그 조합 중 어느 한 가지 방법으로 혼합되어 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 탈황 흡수제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 산화증진성분은 Ce 이고,상기 Mg, Ce, 및 Fe를 동시에 공침하는 방법으로 혼합하여 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 탈황 흡수제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 산화증진성분은 Co 이고,상기 Mg, Co 를 공침하여 소성한 뒤 Fe 전구체 용액에 함침하는 방법으로 혼합하여 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 탈황 흡수제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 산화증진성분은 Ce 이고,상기 Mg 및 상기 Ce 혼합 겔용액과 Fe 겔용액을 혼합하여 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 탈황 흡수제.
- 삭제
- Mg 전구체 용액을 제조하는 제 1 단계;Ce의 양을 1 wt% 내지 15 wt% 로 첨가한 Ce 전구체 용액을 제조하는 제 2 단계;상기 Mg 전구체 용액에 상기 Ce 전구체 용액을 첨가하여 혼합용액을 생성하는 제 3 단계;상기 혼합용액에 알칼리 용액을 첨가하여 pH 7 내지 13 을 유지시켜 제 1 겔용액을 생성하는 제 4 단계;Fe의 양을 5 wt% 내지 10 wt% 로 첨가한 Fe 전구체 용액을 제조하는 제 5 단계;상기 Fe 전구체 용액을 증류수로 2배 희석하여 알칼리 용액을 첨가하여 pH 7 내지 13을 유지시켜 제 2 겔용액을 생성하는 제 6 단계;상기 제 1 겔용액 및 상기 제 2 겔용액을 숙성 시킨 후 하나의 용기에 모아서 교반하여 혼합 겔용액을 생성하는 제 7 단계; 및상기 혼합 겔용액을 건조시킨 후 소성하여 Mg-Ce-Fe-C 입자를 생성하는 제 8 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 탈황 흡수제 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 제 7 단계는,제 1 겔용액 및 상기 제 2 겔용액 18시간 동안 숙성 시킨 후 하나의 용기에 모아서 2시간 동안 교반시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 탈황 흡수제 제조방법.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서, 제 8단계는,상기 혼합 겔용액을 150℃~500℃ 에서 건조시킨 후 700℃~1000℃로 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 탈황 흡수제 제조방법.
