Claims (5)
- 테일러 웰디드 블랭크 시스템의 판재 센터링 장치에 있어서,베이스프레임(100)의 상부에 설치되고, 하부에 이동부재(11)가 취부되어 판재를 이동시키고, 상부에 복수개의 레일부(12)가 일측면에서 타측면으로 설치된 베드부(10)와;상기 베드부(10)의 일측면에 취부되어 상기 이동부재(11)를 따라서 상기 베드부(10)를 이동시키는 베드 구동부(20)와;상기 베드부(10)의 상부에 상기 레일부(12)를 개재해서 설치되어, 판재의 용접부위에 따라서 이동가능하여 판재를 센터링시키는 복수개의 용접테이블(30)과;상기 용접테이블(30)의 하부에 설치되어 상기 레일부(12)를 따라서 상기 용접테이블(30)을 이동시키는 용접테이블 구동부(40)를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 테일러 웰디드 블랭크 시스템의 판재 센터링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 용접테이블(30)은 판재의 위치에 따라서 인덱스면의 교체가 가능한 인덱스 바아기구(50)로 이루어지고,상기 베드부(10)의 양측면에 설치되어 판재의 측면을 압압하여 센터링시키는 실린더기구(60)를 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 테일러 웰디드 블랭크 시스템의 판재 센터링 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 용접테이블 구동부(40)의 상부에는 회전구동부(43)가 설치되고 상기 용접테이블(30)의 중앙부와 결합되어, 상기 용접테이블(30)을 좌우로 회전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 테일러 웰디드 블랭크 시스템의 판재 센터링 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,베이스프레임(100)의 중앙 상측에 설치되어, 센터링된 판재의 상부에서 판재를 압압하는 클램핑기구(51)를 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 테일러 웰디드 블랭크 시스템의 판재 센터링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 용접테이블(30)은 상기 베드부(10)의 상부에 설치된 서브테이블(90)과, 상기 서브테이블(90)의 일단부에 설치되고 판재 상의 먼지 등 이물질을 제거하는 집진기구(70)와, 서브테이블(90)의 중앙부에 설치되고 자력이나 전자력을 형성하여 판재를 고정시키는 마그네틱테이블(80)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 테일러 웰디드 블랭크 시스템의 판재 센터링 장치.
