Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- L-밴드 광원에 있어서,L-밴드의 증폭된 자발 방출광(ASE)을 생성하기에 적합한 길이를 가지며, 그 전방 및 후방으로 생성된 ASE를 출력하는 이득 매질과;제1 펌프광을 생성하기 위한 제1 펌프 광원과;상기 제1 펌프광을 상기 이득 매질에 제공하기 위한 제1 파장 선택 결합기와;C-밴드에 속하는 기설정된 반사 파장을 가지며, 상기 이득 매질의 후방으로 출력된 ASE 중 일부를 상기 이득 매질측으로 반사하기 위한 제1 반사기와;C-밴드에 속하는 기설정된 반사 파장을 가지며, 상기 이득 매질의 전방으로 출력된 ASE 중 일부를 상기 이득 매질측으로 반사하기 위한 제2 반사기를 포함하고,상기 제1 반사기의 반사 파장과 상기 제2 반사기의 반사 파장은 서로 상이함을 특징으로 하는 높은 증폭 효율과 안정된 출력을 갖는 L-밴드 광원.
- 제1항에 있어서,제2 펌프광을 생성하기 위한 제2 펌프 광원과;상기 제2 펌프광을 상기 이득 매질에 제공하기 위한 제2 파장 선택 결합기를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 높은 증폭 효율과 안정된 출력을 갖는 L-밴드 광원.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2 파장 선택 결합기와 상기 L-밴드 광원의 출력단 사이에 배치되며, 입력된 ASE를 통과시키고, 그 역방향으로 진행하는 광을 차단하기 위한 아이솔레이터를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 높은 증폭 효율과 안정된 출력을 갖는 L-밴드 광원.
