Claims (10)
- 일정크기의 내부공간을 갖는 케이싱 ;상기 케이싱의 내부공간에 배치되는 요크와, 수직방향으로 착자되어 상기 요크에 장착되는 마그네트로 이루어져 일정세기의 자기장을 발생시키는 자기회로부;상기 케이싱에 상단이 고정되고, 상기 자기회로부에 하단이 고정되는 스프링부재;상기 자기회로부에 일체로 장착되는 웨이트를 갖추어 상기 자기회로부와 더불어 스프링부재를 매개로 상하진동되는 진동부;상기 자기회로부의 직하부에 배치되어 전원인가시 일정세기의 전기장을 발생시키는 진동발생용 코일; 및상기 케이싱의 내부면과 상기 진동부의 외부면사이에 형성되는 간극에 구비되어 상기 진동부의 상하진동시 상기 케이싱과 진동부간의 접촉에 의한 충격을 흡수하는 댐핑부재를 포함하는 수직진동자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 마그네트의 하부면에는 상기 요크의 개방측으로 상기 코일을 거쳐 상기 요크의 단부로 흐르는 자속을 형성하도록 하부플레이트를 장착함을 특징으로 하는 수직진동자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 댐핑부재는 상기 마그네트, 요크를 통해 전달되는 자력의 영향을 받아 상기 웨이트와 더불어 상하이동되는 자성유체임을 특징으로 하는 수직진동자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 웨이트의 상,하부단 외주테두리는 상기 댐핑부재와의 접촉면적을 증대시킬 수 있도록 라운드상으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 수직진동자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 진동부의 외부면에는 상기 댐핑부재와의 접촉면적을 증대시킬수 있도록 적어도 하나이상의 환고리형 요홈을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 수직진동자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 케이싱의 내부면에는 상기 댐핑부재와의 접촉면적을 증대시킬수 있도록 적어도 하나이상의 환고리형 요홈을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 수직진동자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자기회로부와 대응하는 스프링부재의 상부면에는 최대상향변위에 의한 상부구조물과의 접촉시 충격을 흡수하도록 상부댐핑부재를 추가 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수직진동자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자기회로부의 하부면에는 최대하향변위에 의한 하부구조물과의 접촉시 충격을 흡수하도록 하부댐핑부재를 추가 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수직진동자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 진동발생용 코일은 상기 케이싱의 개방된 하부를 밀폐하는 브라켓의 상부면에 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 수직진동자.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 브라켓은 상기 진동발생용 코일에 전원공급하는 단자부가 형성된 기판부재로 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 수직진동자.
