Claims (6)
- 적, 녹, 청으로 이루어진 컬러필터가 형성된 제 1 기판과; 상기 컬러필터와 마주보며 형성되고, 상기 적, 녹, 청의 컬러필터와 각각 대응하며 형성된 화소전극과 상기 각 화소전극과 각각 접촉하는 스위칭 소자가 형성된 제 2 기판과; 상기 제 2 기판 하부에 형성된 백라이트를 포함하는 액정 표시장치로서,상기 적, 녹, 청의 컬러필터는 실제적으로 동일한 두께를 가지며, 상기 적, 녹, 청의 컬러필터와 상기 각 컬러필터와 대응하는 각 화소전극으로 적, 녹, 청의 부화소를 이루며, 상기 적, 녹, 청의 부화소는 상기 백라이트의 색온도에 따라 적 부화소가 가장 크고, 청, 녹 부화소 순으로 크기를 달리하며 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 각 컬러필터의 두께는 1.6μm 근처이고, 상기 백라이트의 색온도는 7000 oK 근처인 액정 표시장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 적, 녹, 청의 부화소의 면적 비율은 각각 1.03 : 0.96 : 1.01인 액정 표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 각 컬러필터의 두께는 1.3μm 근처이고, 상기 백라이트의 색온도는 8000 oK 근처인 액정 표시장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 적, 녹, 청의 부화소의 면적 비율은 각각 1.13 : 0.86 : 1.01인 액정 표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 스위칭 소자는 박막 트랜지스터인 액정 표시장치.
