Claims (11)
- 풍력 터빈 탑(wind turbine tower)을 조립 제작하기 위한 조립용 탑 조각을 구성하는 관 부품(tubular component)의 전면 일단에 접속을 위한 관 부위를 구비한 환상의 플랜지(annular flange)에 있어서, 상기 관 부위의 일 측 끝단을 다른 쪽에 방사(radially) 방향으로 접속하기 플랜지 이음 고리(flange collar)를 구비하고, 상기 관 부위로부터 축 방향으로 떨어져 면하는 플랜지 표면을 구비하여, 동일 형태의 원추형 부품(8)에 접속을 위하여 상기 관 부위(4)의 외측 벽(15)도 원추형(conical)인 것을 특징으로 하는 환상(annular)의 플랜지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지 이음 고리(6)는 내측 측면 상에 방사상으로 상기 관 부위(4)를 접속함을 특징으로 하는 플랜지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지의 표면(16)은 평면인 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지 이음 고리(6)는 적어도 하나의 축 방향 관통 구멍(18)을 플랜지 연결 나사를 위해 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜지.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지 이음 고리(6)는 관통 구멍(18) 주위의 플랜지 표면(16) 내에 움푹 들어간 부위(recess; 20)를 지님을 특징으로 하는 플랜지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 움푹 들어간 부위(20)와 관 부위(4)의 벽(15)이 연결되는 플랜지 표면의 엣지 사이의 최소 간격(24)은 관 부위(4)의 벽 두께보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관 부위(4)와 상기 방사상의 플랜지 이음 고리(6)는 이음매 없이 한 개로 일체형으로 제작됨을 특징으로 하는 플랜지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관 부품(8)의 일단에 연결을 위한 플랜지(2)는 용접 가능함을 특징으로 하는 플랜지.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 플랜지(2)를 구비한 풍력 발전 터빈 탑을 조립하기 위한 탑 조각(8).
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 플랜지를 두 개(2a, 2b)를 사용해서, 서로 상대 플랜지의 플랜지 표면(16)을 맞대어 접하도록 하고, 플랜지(2)의 관 부위(4)의 외측 벽(15)은 서로 원추형으로 인접하도록 시공하는 플랜지 접속 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 플랜지를 두 개(2a, 2b)를 사용해서, 서로 상대 플랜지의 플랜지 표면(16)을 맞대어 접하도록 하고, 플랜지(2)의 관 부위(4)의 외측 벽(15)은 서로 원추형으로 인접하도록 시공된 풍력 발전 터빈 탑.
