Claims (5)
- 양극판과 음극판, 및 이들 간의 직접적 접촉을 막는 세퍼레이터가 권취되어 형성된 전극 젤리롤과, 상기 전극 젤리롤을 수납하고 있는 캔을 포함하는 캔형 리튬이온 이차전지에 있어서,상기 캔의 장측면의 모서리부의 두께가 장측면의 중앙부의 두께보다 두껍게 형성되며, 상기 모서리부의 적어도 일 부분은 상기 중앙부를 향해 경사지게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캔형 리튬이온 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 캔은 철재, 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 캔형 리튬이온 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄합금은 알루미늄과 망간 또는 알루미늄과 니켈 또는 알루미늄과 마그네슘으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 캔형 리튬이온 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 캔의 장측면의 중앙부의 최소 두께(t1)와 장측면의 모서리부의 최대 두께(t2)의 상대적인 두께비는 1.3 ≤ t2/t1 ≤ 3 을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캔형 리튬이온 이차전지.
