Claims (8)
- 하수 슬러지, 정수 슬러지, 염색 슬러지, 제당 슬러지 및 피혁 슬러지로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 유기성 슬러지 100중량부에 대하여, 주 점결제로서 미연소 탄소에 의한 강열감량이 10~20중량%인 플라이애쉬 4~100중량부 및 보조 점결제 2~20중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 경량골재 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 조성물의 건조중량에 대하여, 폐석고 0.1~8중량부가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 경량골재 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보조 점결제가 점토, 폐광미 및 석분슬러지에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 경량골재 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 조성물을 균질하게 혼합, 건조하여 함수율 20~40중량%인 페이스트를 제조하는 페이스트 제조단계;상기 페이스트로 일정형상을 가진 성형체를 제조하는 성형체 제조단계;상기 성형체를 함수율 20중량%이하로 건조하는 성형체 건조단계;상기 성형체를 킬른(kiln) 내에 투입, 1,180~1,300℃의 온도에서 발포소성하여 골재를 제조하는 발포소성단계; 및상기 골재를 냉각하는 냉각단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량골재 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제조방법이 상기 성형체 건조단계 이전 또는 이후에, 상기 성형체를 폐석고로 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 경량골재 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 성형체 제조단계가,상기 페이스트를 압출성형하여 각형 또는 원주(圓柱)형의 1차 성형체를 제조하고, 상기 1차 성형체를 회전하는 드럼에 투입하여 폐석고로 코팅하면서 동시에 구형의 2차 성형체를 제조하는 방법으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 경량골재 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 발포소성단계가,예열대 부분인 600℃까지는 10~30℃/min로 승온하고, 승온대 부분인 600℃부터 발포를 시작하는 온도까지는 30~100℃/min로 승온하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 경량골재 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 냉각단계가,상기 골재를 냉각속도 50~200℃/min로 냉각하여 200~300℃의 온도에서 대기중으로 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 경량골재 제조방법.
