Claims (10)
- 절연 기판 상에 형성되며, 소오스/드레인 영역을 구비하는 활성층, 게이트 절연막 상에 형성된 게이트 전극, 층간 절연막의 콘택 홀을 통하여 상기 소오스/드레인 영역과 전기적으로 연결되는 소오스/드레인 전극을 구비하는 TFT와;상기 TFT를 구비하는 절연 기판 상에 형성되며, 상기 소오스/드레인 전극 중 어느 하나를 노출시키는 비아 홀을 구비하는 보호막과;상기 비아 홀을 통하여 상기 소오스/드레인 전극 중 어느 하나와 전기적으로 연결되는 유기 발광 소자를 포함하며,상기 보호막은 두께 편차 범위가 200Å 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보호막은 SiNx로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보호막은 두께 편차 범위가 100Å 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 절연 기판 상에 SiNx로 이루어지며, 두께 편차 범위가 200Å 이하인 버퍼층을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 버퍼층은 두께 편차 범위가 100Å 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 절연 기판 상에 형성되며, 소오스/드레인 영역을 구비하는 활성층, 게이트 절연막 상에 형성된 게이트 전극, 층간 절연막의 콘택 홀을 통하여 상기 소오스/드레인 영역과 전기적으로 연결되는 소오스/드레인 전극을 구비하는 TFT와;상기 TFT를 구비하는 절연 기판 상에 형성되며, 상기 소오스/드레인 전극 중 어느 하나를 노출시키는 비아 홀을 구비하는 보호막과;상기 비아 홀을 통하여 상기 소오스/드레인 전극 중 어느 하나와 전기적으로 연결되는 유기 발광 소자를 포함하며,상기 게이트 절연막, 층간 절연막 및 보호막 중 적어도 하나의 막은 SiNx로 이루어지며, 상기 SiNx로 이루어지는 막은 두께 편차 범위가 200Å 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.

- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 SiNx로 이루어지는 막은 두께 편차 범위가 100Å 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 절연 기판 상에 SiNx로 이루어지며, 두께 편차 범위가 200Å 이하인 버퍼층을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 버퍼층은 두께 편차 범위가 100Å 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
