Claims (7)
- 마이크로채널이 각각 형성된 다수의 반응기들이 직렬, 병렬 또는 직·병렬 혼합 방식 중의 어느 한 방식으로 연결된 연료전지용 수소 발생기에 있어서,저면에 마이크로채널이 형성된 촉매연소반응물 기화용 박판(11)과; 촉매연소반응물 기화용 박판(11)의 상면에 적층되며, 저면에 마이크로채널이 형성된 촉매연소반응물 기화용 열전달 박판(12)과; 촉매연소반응물 기화용 열전달 박판(12)의 상면에 적층되는 유로차단판(13)과; 유로차단판(13)의 상면에 적층되며, 저면에 마이크로채널이 형성되고, 연소촉매가 구비된 촉매연소용 박판(14)과; 촉매연소용 박판(14)의 상면에 적층되는 유로차단판(15)과; 유로차단판(15)의 상면에 적층되며, 저면에 마이크로채널이 형성된 개질반응용 열전달 박판(16)과; 개질반응용 열전달 박판(16)의 상면에 적층되며, 저면에 마이크로채널이 형성되고, 개질촉매가 구비된 개질반응용 박판(17)과; 개질반응용 박판(17)의 상면에 적층되는 유로차단판(18)과; 유로차단판(18)의 상면에 적층되며, 저면에 마이크로채널이 형성된 개질반응물 기화용 열전달 박판(19)과; 개질반응물 기화용 열전달 박판(19)의 상면에 적층되며, 저면에 마이크로채널이 형성된 개질반응물 기화용 박판(20)을 포함하여 구성되며,상기 각 박판의 상·하부 네모서리부근에는 유체의 통로가 되는 관통공(H)이 각각 형성되고, 마이크로채널은 일측 상·하부 관통공 중의 어느 하나에서 시작되어 분산된 후 타측 하·상부 관통공 중의 어느 하나로 모이는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 마이크로채널 수소 발생기의 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매연소용 박판(14)과 촉매연소반응물 기화용 열전달 박판(12) 사이의 유로차단판(13)이 갖는 열전도도는, 촉매연소용 박판(14)과 개질반응용 열전달 박판(16) 사이의 유로차단판(15)이 갖는 열전도도보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 마이크로채널 수소 발생기의 구조.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 각 유로차단판의 인접한 두 모서리 부근에는 박판의 관통공(H)과 위치가 일치되는 한 쌍의 관통공(H')이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 마이크로채널 수소 발생기의 구조.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 각 박판의 마이크로채널의 폭은 1000㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 마이크로채널 수소 발생기의 구조.
